“My nieces and I had an EXCELLENT experience at this location. We sadly came about 10 mins to close. We asked if it was okay to come in. Heather welcomed us right in and asked what we needed.
My niece (10) needed help finding her sisters bday gift. Heather helped her easily locate it. She even sold us on some popcorn, haha!
Carly helped my other niece (8) check out. She was really patient as she tried to get her coins from her wallet.
Both super sweet women and just made the experience even better! Heather said to come back and see her. We definitely will!

“Great experience with who I believe was the store manager. He was closing up & I had an issue that was beyond my control regarding payment. It took a few minutes to get it settled & he was extremely patient and the cashier was too. I wish I would have gotten their names but this was Friday Feb 13th at closing time. It was a refreshing change. It's nice to come across kindness. Definitely recommend this store.”

“I visited this store on 10/17 to get balloons for my Grandson’s party the next morning. Veronica (the store manager) was there and she was amazing. It was closing time and I thought they were open an hour later than they were. She let me in and the employees fulfilled my balloon order! They were all very friendly. I couldn’t believe the great customer service. I wish I could remember the girls names that night, but I can’t. The next morning, the balloons were on my floor. I went back to this location before the party expecting to pay for new balloons. The manager was there and asked the employees to give me new balloons free of charge. Again…the employees were friendly and even though they were busy making a different balloon order they squeezed mine in. This was Syarra and D’Wanda. Thank you to all of you for making my experience great! I am writing this because I feel like great customer service is very hard to come by these days, and Veronica is doing something very RIGHT in this store.”
