Hi! I went to this store and was wildly unimpressed. The associate helping me was only interested in commission, guaranteed products would be “covered” and discounted but when I got receipt I paid full price for everything. The manager was probably the rudest and most incompetent person I’ve encountered. When I went I noticed it took them two hours to set up a Christmas tree, if that can tell you anything about the level of competency in this store ❤️❤️. This store may have the Verizon name, but is an affiliate middle man only interested in selling you everything. Also, the little WiFi box they push onto you isn’t “smoking fast”. So glad I said no to that. I would suggest going to an ACTUAL Verizon store and doing more research unlike me.

I highly recommend seeing Jason, he’s honest, professional and very knowledgeable about the products and services. He helped me out in a difficult situation and got me set up in no time and stayed late to help as well . Don’t bother going anywhere else , and do not go to the Fuquay Varina location if you know what’s good for you . Thanks again Jason for everything ✌️

I truly have never had a better experience with Verizon. My local store is horrible to deal with, so I took a chance in a neighboring town. This will be my home store now. They listened to my needs, answered my questions, got me exactly what I wanted for the best possible deal, they helped me un-do all of my mistakes, saved me money and time-ALL IN LESS THAN AN HOUR! 10/10 recommend this store!

Unsure what happened, given the other reviews...Jason: Lied to a Verizon business rep about having phones in stock. Business rep had to go to the manager, who confirmed they did have it in stock and would hold it for me.Jason: greeted us at the store and was visibly annoyed that the phones were being held.Jason: Wouldn't give me pricing on cases, charger, and screen protector because they would be bundled and cheaper in the end.Jason: Didn't have any interest in trading in my iPhone 12 or helping transfer data from that or the other phone that was being upgraded.Jason: Wasn't able to print the reciept, only text or email, so I couldn't see it until I got home.Receipt: No bundled discount on the accesories like I was told. $39.99 Set Up and Go Service Smartphone charge for each phone. I was never told about this charge at all.I called and left a message for the manager 2 days ago. I have not heard back, so this review is my only option.

Branson was very attentive on letting us know he knew we came into the store . Even with another customer in the store, he gave excellent customer service He gave us excellent customer service throughout the sale . He walked us through everything , even with having multiple customers. He made our time in the store very enjoyable, which doesn’t usually happen in most stores.

I highly recommend Jason, if you are visiting the Verizon store in Holly Springs, North Carolina. He was so helpful and transparent about everything. Our kids were getting their first iPhones and he helped to get us a great deal and make the process as painless as possible. I honestly was expecting to walk out of the store dissatisfied and was pleasantly surprised with my experience. Thank you, Jason!

Go to a bigger store they will end up pointing you there anyways. Save your time! They didn’t even try to help me with my Verizon bought product.
