“Hi to all those who see Ravi and his staff for their pharmaceutical needs! My name is Dr. Prashant K. Patel and I wish to leave a review as a physician who sees various patients from all walks of life. I am an Internal Medicine Physician, Diabetologist and what some may know as a "Primary Care Physician" at Cary Internal Medicine & The Diabetes Center. While I was on call I just receieved a call from a patient at our practice who is COVID-19+ with muscle aches, fevers, chills, cough all of which began today. While he is typically sees my physician partner I had the honor and privilege of assisting him this evening after he returned from a vacation in NYC of attending to his acute symptoms and reviewing his medical record while on call and advising him not only of his treatment regimen but also prescribing the Paxlovid antiviral. He proactively asked that the script be sent to Ravi at Swift Creek Pharmacy as it is late on a Sunday evening despite it being closed as he has confidence in both Ravi and his staff that they will fill the script expeditiously first thing Monday morning. It is rare that as an on-call physican the patient knows not only the local pharmacy but also the name of the pharmacist! However, at least a dozen of my patients have mentioned how they value Ravi's knowledge, empathy, and service. One of my patient's informed me that he was picking up a script at Ravi's pharmacy and the individual ahead of him did not have the money to pay him and he supplied her medication to her at NO COST! While it may have been that the patient may have been there a bit earlier or something else such stories are what the human spirit is all about! While I have not had the honor of meeting Ravi and his staff I can attest to the fact that there is only one pharmacist whom pateints from various backgrounds speak so highly. Best to Ravi and Swift Creek Pharmacy! Fortunate to have Swift Creek Pharmacy in our area!”

“I’ve been in Cary NC about a year and this store is located between both my 2 jobs and my gym , can’t believe I just recently found out about it. This shop is exactly what I need as someone with a super busy schedule and fitness goals!My first visit I was greeted so kindly by the owner. It was me and another customer in the store. I was taken aback by the owners focus on his customers & recommending for the gentleman to NOT buy a specific product as it was not something beneficial to him specifically. Hardly do you see businesses value the health of their customers over money, speak truth to the products they actually need and take the time to get to know guests on a personal level.In a transactional world where money is so prioritized & greed dividing us all.
