Bank manager is rude.I hate to deal with him. Tried to call for 3 days! No answer and bank manager said everyone was at lunch and no one answers phone. He was eating at his desk now and annoyed that when I told him his office didn’t answer phone for 3 days.The clerks are great And Anita is fantastic! Not sure using right name.D……Only comes out of his hole to greet people. Can not answer questions without being demeaning and dismissive D has been this way for 15 years. I try not to talk to him. Please get him gone for your company sake.Don’t send me stock email.Call me

Horrible service! Inconsistent policies at each branch. One of the many reasons I moved my personal and business accounts a couple of years ago. Think twice before trusting this branch with your money.

I have accounts with Wells Fargo and I went there to get notary signatures and the guy there just made it difficult for me. Half the guys in the branch were idle and the bank had no customers at that time. These guys just don’t want to take extra step to help their customers. Very Sad. Anyways, I got notary signatures from another branch without issues.

My daughter and I met with a personal banker, Annette Amoroso, in the Holly Springs location on Sunset Lake. She was so professional and so friendly! I’m 69 and wanted to make sure my daughter could get access to all my accounts with Wells Fargo. She explained everything in detail and was very efficient. She made sure we each had a copy of everything. Annette’s expertise and experience is why I would recommend her to anyone that needed help in any area with banking with Wells Fargo. Thank you Annette for your professionalism!

We had a terrible experience with another location of Wells Fargo, started moving our money to another bank. We ended up meeting with Nathan Porzio and that changed our thoughts on WF. He was so friendly and upbeat and made our banking experience pleasant. We drove an hour to meet with him and it was worth it. Anytime we have to do banking in the branch we will drive an hour to have a better experience. The employees were all pleasant and that made a huge difference. Great attitude and feeling of the whole branch.

worst branch ever ... they appeared not busy I was only the one there yet I waited 30 minutes for a supervisor or a Banker to see me..they were having birthday parties eatting icecreaam and nothing bundt cake while I was patiently waiting..note even the fat branch manager was there and celebrating LOL what a joke of a branch

Our visit this morning was made rather miserable by the personal banker that tried very hard not to help us.We came in to pay off our mortgage.Finally she gave up and got the paperwork ready.The teller was extremely nice and congratulated us.

Love this branch!! Every time I go in there the bankers are so friendly! The last time I just went in there I didn’t know I still needed to have an appointment but when I went in the VERY sweet Banker Kathleen took me to her desk without any hesitation and made sure everything that I needed to have done was taken care of! She went above and beyond for me and made me feel like she really cared about my needs! She made my day! Thank you Wells Fargo!!

I was coming in to open a checking account because my application was denied online due to some typos. Annette helped me through the process and answered all my questions. She even helped me at the ATM due to some issues with my old card to deposit into my new account. Best experience I’ve had in awhile! Thank you so much Annette!

Tried to deposit cash into an account via the ATM. It ended up getting jammed. Went inside. An employee verified the amount and that it was diverted inside the machine. I was not allowed to receive the money. I was instructed to file a claim and that it could take up to 10 business days for it to be resolved. A request for claim to expedited was put in with no funds credited to me immediately even though the situation was 100% verified.
