We entered the store it appeared clean but lacked sufficient carts. Many people were going back out to the parking lot to retrieve their own. Most everything that we were in search for was in stock. The cashier was meticulous about bagging our order. Good experience overall.

Bought hot chicken for dinner. Their daily special for 4.99. Got home and the chicken was soooo dry. Look at the label and the pack time is 09:17am! Wtf guys? Seriously? This chicken has been sitting here 9 hours?! Should be made to be ready for dinner. Who makes chicken in the morning? Do better.

This location is one of the worst in the area. Items always out of stock. Employees are not helpful at all. Lack of training, lack of attention to details. Miserable experience every time. Harris Teeter used to be so much better before Kroger bought them out.
