Everytime I come here to make a payment, even if there is 1 customer, the wait is over 30 an hour. I know I could do it online ,but unfortunately I have to come to pay some else's account. Pathetic.

I walked in and they playing trap music..
And the guy that helped me had dirty finger nails on boths.
Didnt seem too interested to be honestly, I can read energy.. All I wanted was a 5 dollar sim card.
Go to the one on Skibo, they have clean nails, and more professional store and way better customer servjcr

Don’t let the “Authorized Retailer” sign fool you. These people know how to do their jobs better than the commercial stores! I had to go in to get my insurance phone replacement back online and they handled it no problem, and even helped with a two year long issue that AT&T customer service “can’t help” us with. Come here for all your issues and expect speedy service with a smile!
