Rep tried to resolve issue for 4 HOURS then told me it was my phone and sold me a new one with accessories only to find issue still existed. Finally called Apple customer service to find NOTHING was wrong with my old phone that there was a block on my iMessages. Then had to return the new phone losing almost $90 due to a restocking fee that could not be voided out and a new screen protector that had already been installed on the new phone that I had to return. The customer service representative was extremely helpful and very nice but the whole process was ridiculous and I ended up in the store for over six hours!

Awesome customer service! I've been going to this store for over 10 years, and Lena and her assistant Danielle changed my phone out and managed to switch over my information from my broken phone with ease. Thanks a bunch ladies, you saved me a lot of heartache. Thanks as always!!

Let me start off by seeing this was the worst store that I have ever been into in my entire life and the Manager Alana should have been fired years ago look at all the negative encounters from customers so I purchased some headphones three days ago paid almost $300 for the headphones. Apparently they were the wrong headphones. I went to return the headphones the manager told me that I had to return them to the corporate store on Skibo Road which was a bunch of gas if I brought it from your store I should be able to return it to your store that I got them from. Needless to say I went back to the store where I purchased them she gave me the worst attitude. She was huffing and puffing, making ear noises like I was getting on her nerves and like she was going to hit me We went back-and-forth for about 20 minutes she made her phone calls to her boss. They told her she couldn’t take them then they called back saying that they could take them so she came up with another excuse about the charging cord Finally, she seen that I was not going to give up and she says you have to come back later on when I have enough money in the register. OK whatever I’ll play your game. Needless to say it’s a new day she has not called me for my return is enough she doesn’t need to be retrained, she needs to be fired. She is making the company look very bad and she’s a manager doing these things in front of employees. I will be continuing this issue after I walked out the store she was sitting in her car for 20 minutes on her phone smoking cigarettes on time. Great example AT&T good job. By four the worst customer service The worst store, and the worst Manager ever she needs to be fired and replaced. I look forward to hearing from somebody I am still waiting on my phone call to return my headphones

Travon and Danielle are very friendly and great customer service. They interacted with my son while I was trying to decide which iPhone I wanted to upgrade to. No question was left unanswered. I will go back to this store for anything else.

Travon was a great help to me and very patient. But I don’t suggest coming here due to the manager Alana she scams people and does not give the correct information. She is very rude to her employees and customers. I traded out my paid off phones for no reason because of her. She even talks over her employees when they’re speaking with the customers.

SCAMMERS/FRAUD. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Sales guy told me that purchasing insurance was required for a trade in. He told me it is only possible to cancel after six months, which would have cost me about $100. Of course I called AT&T as soon as I left the store and they took this insurance off of my account and told me insurance is not a requirement and never has been.I wonder how many customers they have scammed out of $100.

I had the beat experience with Lena and Travon ever. They were so friendly and fun and gor the job done. They were informative yet absolutely not pushy. Great customer service!!!!

I came in after getting the run around city and they help with no problem! Everyone was so great and professional. The manager and the WHOLE team was the best fix my problem that 2 other store mess up!!
