If you have never been to the cold stone cream in hope mills nc before you should check it out because the food is by far one of the favorite for a ice cream place in the hope mills area.One thing that I have to say about the service there is that they are very positive and friendly and willing to help you with any questions that you may have on what to chose from the menu it is one of my favorite ice cream places in the hope mills area.One of my favorite things on their menu would have to be the oreo explosion it very good and one of my favorite things to get when I go there.I'm going to recommend this to anyone who has never been there before, and it's just a wonderful place to enjoy some ice cream.One thing that I have to say about the atmosphere of the place is that it's very welcoming when you frist walk in and there are so many different things to choose from as far as ice cream flavors.I will be returning to this place whenever I'm in the hope mills area in the future it's has by far exceeded my expectations for a wonderful place to eat ice cream at in the hope mills area.

I visited very close to evening hours and it did NOT DISAPPOINT! It was very clean and welcoming even though I came in close to closing time… I was helped very fast in getting exactly what I wanted by ALLIE huge huge shout out to her she is love by me and my family at our local Cold Stone! (also I don’t 100% recommend the somewhat stale cones my partner found out)

So after driving 20 minutes in the rain I arrived at 8:30-8:35 & the 2 young guys there one's name was Andrew. Told me that they were closed & when I asked when that started he said tonight. There was also a couple that pulled up as I walked back to my vehicle that they also told they were already closed. It makes me wonder how they continue to get by with this looking over the reviews where this is happened before with another employee they have cameras in the inside of the store so those should be reviewed.

I came to the store yesterday with my son and the employee named mary was very rude with me and kept getting a attitude and smacking her teeth because my son never has been to a ice cream shop so was sampling different ones (was only 4) i don’t normally write reviews but this is not the first time she has been rude, last month in line and she was being rude to the customer in front of me, she looked like she had been crying but if your personal life is that bad that you have to take it out on customers then get a better job !!

To the owner of this establishment.Today at precisely 8:39 pm, I stopped by your store, only to be turned away by your young employee in braids saying the store was closed as she was cleaning. Your other employee stood there shocked by her response, and to be honest, so was I. Simply because on your door, it says the closing is 9:30 pm, and on Google. This wasn’t the first I had this happen to me at your store. Just a few weeks ago, the same thing happened. Additionally, as I was walking by to my vehicle, a married couple walked to your door, and I informed them of what your employee told me, to which they replied, but their sign says they close at 9:30. If you don’t believe me look at your cameras as I poked my head in your door. I hope you don’t continue to lose more money simply because your employees wanted to leave 50 minutes earlier.

When I came to this Cold Stone location, as always, I expected great ice cream. However, I was greatly deceived. The ice cream tasted like dirty scoop water, which nearly made my wife throw up. Not to mention that our server rushed to get our order only to forget what we asked for. Before finishing our order, the server began the next group's order just to come back and ask what we wanted on our order again. The only motivation in this establishment was to get the customers out as quickly as possible regardless of whether the order was right or not.

Everything was great. No place to sit inside. If the tables and chairs were in place instead of being stacked up, I would give 5 stars.

What a great night for a scoop of ice cream, so I thought!I ordered the Peanut Butter Perfection in a cup. It was everything but perfection. The server put a table spoon and half of Jiffy peanut butter in the cup, with a steaming brownie that made the ice cream appear like soup :(The ice cream looked and tasted very unappetizing when it was served to me. I ate two bites and threw away $6 dollars + with a $1 tip!

This visit consisted of my first time eating at Cold Stone In years. The ice cream was amazing, staff was friendly and fast. I’m overall satisfied with everything, I am disappointed they don’t let customers sit down to enjoy there ice cream ( it’s the middle of the summer, as soon as someone walks outside the ice cream is melted.), the table and chairs are stacked up not allowing customs to enjoy their ice cream inside the establishment.

Great ice cream but no indoor seating. This location makes its patrons eat outside in the heat. My kid couldn't even sit on the bench bc it was so hot. There are tables inside but they have chairs on top. Boo!
