***DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY ****12:55p 2/13- update- changed to two star because the pharmacist called and apologized, was very kind and sincere-Im sending this to their Corporate office-On Monday, i received a message saying my prescription was not able to be filled bc it was too soon. I spoke to a representative and explained that it’s for two weeks and not monthly as stated on the order and also offered to give them the Nurse Navigator direct number at UNC Oncology. I asked to speak with a manager. A woman ( never approached me to see name tag or gave a name) whom I assume is the manager/ pharmacist said turned around facing her computer that they have to close for lunch according federal law and she’ll look into it afterwards. I told her that i would need an answer to whether it would be filled bc im out and would need to make a trip to UNc Pharmacy if not. She just repeated what she said and refused to say yes or no on it being refilled. I also offered to give her the nurse navigator number and she ignored me with no response.I left, came back around 3:00 or so. The woman said she was on the phone with UNC and handed me the phone. It was operator who was explaining all she could do was send the messages. I was telling the nurse/ operator what was happening and the woman began to say no no that’s not what i said. So, i asked what she would like me to do and she again ignored me. I told her i would call the nurse navigator and could she speak to her? She said she would need to call her on cvs secure line and that federal law. I asked for her supervisor name and to be contacted. She ignored me again. She then got irritated and said she would call the cops on me. I told her im just trying get my prescription filled.I then spoke to my Nurse navigator and explained the situation. The woman said she would have to speak to her directly via this secure line, etc. The nurse navigator did get through from what i could hear and they spoke. This was around 3:30 and it’s now 4:26 as im writing and have yet to be addressed from the woman in regards to the prescription. The woman also spoke in deflamation on my character as she was speaking to the nurse. This has been one of the most embarrassing situations i have encountered in a long time. As a fellow member in leadership, before my cancer onset; i would hope that this is addressed to the highest degree. I have end stage cancer and got so worked up i had to take a nausea medicine and cried. Very humiliating at tge least.I spoke to the nurse navigator at 3:44 for 6 mins, she then called and spoke to the wonderful directly after. It is 4:33pm and so far the woman has not said a single word to me and I have no idea if my prescription is getting filled or not.I stopped typing and asked uf it was ready and she told me to speak to the Unc nurse and refused to give any information and then called the police when i asked for corporate number. So, they came and my mother as well and explained to the officer the situation. But, really dissatisfied with this location and recommending to UNC to blacklist this particular one

Customer service in pharmacy is basically non-existent. I was also followed in the store by an employee. I asked for assistance locating an item and the employee walked away.

I’m looking for a different pharmacy at this point. Every month I pick up the same prescription and it takes 2-5 days to actually get my hands on it. When I get there, because I can’t get anyone on the phone it’s another excuse to why I can’t pick it up. Even my insurance company says it is an issue with their system. I don’t have time every month to spend days trying to get my medication. Don’t waste your time find somewhere else!

Wish I can give the pharmacy a zero. Never pick the phone up. Stay on hold for forever. Soon as my last 2 prescriptions are ready transferring them.

I am sad to say that I am looking for a different pharmacy. I have done so much business with this CVS and I love the pharmacy techs. Three of them know me and/or my father by name. Unfortunately, I have been disappointed in the service over the past few months. There are several instances I’ve gone to the pharmacy during their business hours and they weren’t open. Between 10/2/23 and 10/31/23, the pharmacy will not be open on weekends which is very inconvenient. One time, they had plenty of techs ready to work, but the pharmacist wasn’t there so they couldn’t help anyone. What if this were a dental practice full of hygienists and assistants, but no supervising dentist? This is just unacceptable. This location can’t seem to keep one of my medications in stock so I almost always get it at the one on legion road and they are having the same issues. I’m just switching pharmacies altogether.Edit: After going in on Saturday and being disappointed to hear that they’re closed every weekend of October, I went on Monday and was told that they’d be closed for the rest of day. This is ridiculous.

Won't answer the phone. Will auto fill prescriptions without authorization from user and then discard prescription. Photo is the hold time before I hung up.

The phone service is terrible! I called twice and stayed on the phone for over 40 minutes each time. I never got a response. You need some help I will come down and answer the phone. Very poor customer service.

Prescription is sent in by the doctor… app says it’s in progress… you call for an update and no one answers ….you’re on hold for over an hour. You decide you’re going to go to the pharmacy and there’s a huge line every single time…. I recommend they increase their staff to help alleviate some of this congestion. It isn’t right to make patients wait for medication they urgently need.

I love the Hope Mills CVS! Natalie Zoldy and her staff always go out of their way to help me with whatever I need. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The pharmacy is always a mess. Every time I go there is one person running the pharmacy in store and drive thru. They may be short staffed but this has gone on for months.

Pharmacy: Used to be pretty decent but last couple times we’ve tried to have prescriptions filled they haven’t been ready. This is for antibiotics for kids when the prescription was sent the day before. You wait in line for several minutes with no help. Time to find a new pharmacy this one is more frustrating than helpful. There is a male pharmacists that I like that is nice and helpful. Female pharmacists with accent needs to find a job where she doesn’t have to interact with people.

Once again I go to pick up my prescription and they only have some of it. So I take what they have and for the second month in a row I'm told to come back for the rest. I call them back on my day off to see if they have them and go ahead and get the rest of what's owed to me and they tell me that they have them but I have to wait 5 days. Non narcotic medication by the way. I immediately want to know why I'm inconvenienced in having to travel for the same prescription twice and then told I can't have the medication that they split into 2 prescriptions not me. I came there the first time to pick up the entire prescription and CVS didn't have all of them so that's their problem and I once again 2nd month am treated horrible to the point I don't think I will back to CVS ever again. You should never insult someone after you have already inconvenienced them!!!! They refused to let me speak on the phone, the pharmacist literally started talking over me and raised his voice so he wouldn't be able to hear anything I was saying. Disgusting way to treat your customers!

CVS Pharmacy on Main Street in Hopemills is a great place to fulfill all of your pharmacy needs. The location is very convenient and easy to find, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They have a wide selection of products available, including prescription medications, over-the-counter remedies, and personal care items. The pharmacy staff is knowledgeable and always willing to answer any questions you may have. The convenience of their drive-thru pharmacy service make it easy to get the help you need, no matter what time of day it is. Overall, a great experience at this CVS location!

Would not help in any way and just said carepass was expired and i had got an email to use it before the end of day, no one seemed to cars to attempt to maintain a current customer of many years. Cancelled my carepass and going to Walgreens. Been a customer since before this store opened.

Sharon is absolutely one of the rudest pharmacists I have ever encountered in my life . Today was my second encounter with her and both times her attitude was extremely rude, condescending and distasteful. The first time she closed the window on my husband as we were trying to receive guidance / information on a prescription we were told would be ready 2 weeks ago (but apparently on back order) . Today she was being very rude when I proceeded to ask how to transfer my prescription to another pharmacy . I will not be returning to this location or any CVS pharmacy in this area. CVS Please do better with hiring personnel to represent your business. These individuals become the face of your organization /company and the reason why people continue to leave very honest reviews.
