ALL of the refrigerators for the drinks weren't working. ALL of the drinks were hot, and the guy working around 10 pm didn't even bother warning me about it till I noticed and I decided to ask him about it. When I asked, he said he knew, but the manager wouldn't be there in the morning...?!?
Uhm if you are the only person working, YOU are responsible. So if you're not gonna toss out the drinks or do literally anything, then the very least you can do is let people know?!
Like how carelessis that?? It's also quite disgusting; I hope they don't get away with selling those same drinks in the morning after they have already warmed up after several hours because a lot of drinks need to be kept cold and contain milk like the coffee.

I am in a wheelchair due to an amputation 2 years ago. When I go to a store I prefer it to be clean and well stocked. And store was but in the bathroom was disgusting And being a handicapped person it's essential that it be clean. I left the store and went somewhere else because the restrooms were that bad.

Manager is EXTREMELY RUDE and abrasive! This morning I was there purchasing tickets as I always do. The individual that was assisting me was someone new named Daunte. I realized he was knew and we began to talk about how his day was going. I offered him a business card and told him about my company. The manager on duty who I have had multiple issues with based on her being “retired military” as I am and the fact that I am a CEO who spends a lot of money at the store on the NC Lottery. I’ve been nothing but polite to your manager. She had been hostile and abrasive since the beginning of me coming to your store. I was explaining to Daunte the medical pickups that my company provides. He did not know what the VA stood for or what veteran affairs provided. I am a fully disabled vet and highly decorated 3rd generation combat veteran that suffers from hearing loss so my octave comes off at a higher tone than most. Once I explained this to Dauntae he understood that I was NOT talking at him. YOUR manager continued to threaten me with being band from the store and attempted to call my disability an excuse!!! This is unacceptable and she should NOT be in a leadership position. I will no longer visit this store nor recommend it to anyone. It’s extremely irresponsible to have this individual in charge of anything dealing with customers; yet alone combat veterans.

Employees ALWAYS outside smoking, AT THE SAME TIME. they are loud and very unprofessional with the way that they speak to customers. Talking about their PERSONAL business for EVERYBODY to hear it outside. And they are more RUDE than nice when dealing with customers. The morning crew is the crew that I speak of. They NEVER greet you upon entering and when you get to the register, they do not make eye contact and ALWAYS have a frown on their faces as if waiting on the customers is a hassle to them. If I could give that morning crew a ZERO star I would because they do not even deserve one with the way that they carry themselves. There's TWO of them outside right now smoking, and cursing as they are speaking about personal things. Get better, professional employees. I no longer go to this store during these hours.
