Doing painting & repairs. Had difficulty finding chair rail I wanted. Ethan in lumber , helped with some other supplies & looked & confirmed that the rail I was looking for was not available. Kia in paint department was a great help both this visit & my last. She is very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, & strong!

Experience was great, Jonathan pointed out a deal on air filters so we had to quadruple our purchase. No military\\vet discount on more and more items is a little disappointing.

Customer service were not helpful in answering questions and the PRO service / appliance clerks were not available even after being called, so we stood around waiting until we gave up.

3rd time they have canceled delivery on ordered items
Only 2 out of my 5 times orders have went through.
Don’t wast your time go to Home Depot, Builders first source, McDonald Lumber..

I went into this Store on 7/25/24 The Young lady by the Paint very helpful to me. After I explained in detail what I was looking for.
All other staff @ Self Check Don't Fairly Greet Customers she comes in contact with. but Monitors I was watch her the entire, Something Lowes can Improve on.

You guys need to hire people with regular common sense, SMH, I tried to teach an older black man common sense in the plumbing department, SMH, I even showed him everything and how that's not gonna work period, he insisted that it would even after matching everything up right in front of him, apparently he didn't learn anything. My wife just got back from Lowe's in Hope Mills getting a tarp and a 4x8 sheet of plywood, two guys watched her take 3 down to get to a fairly decent one and they wouldn't help her put the others back up on the rack, finally a lady asked if she needed help, she said yes but I really needed help earlier and those two employees wouldn't help even after watching my 115 pound wife SMH ?, the lady told them to put that other plywood back on the rack and do your job, you both see she's a tiny older lady and you two should have asked if she needed help to begin with, I hope you guys can get decent help up there, if not hire me and I'll be an model employee for your company helping in everything from plumbing to wiod to tools electric and everything in between, SMH ?
