I have been with SECU for over 10 years and this branch is the worst ones to deal with. Every time I need to see or speak to someone, they are either rude or seem to be having a bad day. If you want to get any pleasant experience with the bank, go to another branch!

I really like SECU, l like going to several of their branches. I accomplish everything need. I don't feel rushed, the employees take time, making sure l am comfortable and understand the answers to my questions.

Do not go to this bank when you plan on buying or selling a home. Horrible service. They take twice as long as a conventional bank. Their managers will not give you a straight answer. They are lacking in character and integrity. And they try to blame the realators, buyers and sellers for the delay of processing.

Very disappointed with our experience today. Customer service started off fine, but quickly deteriorated. There was plenty of time to help is, but we were turned away at 5:15.
