I went in because I was having mechanical issues with my phone. I thought I would have to pay $99 for my phone replacement however Cameron noticed I had insurance through T-Mobile and called customer service to get me a live rep! Long story short, I only have to pay $5.35 for my new phone. Everyone was amazing and kind while I was in panic mode which made me relax myself! I’m so grateful for him and I truly feel that I would have spent unnecessary money had it not been for Cameron. Thank you all but especially him! This is MY store!

by far the slowest business in town the wait time is u real and they deliberately hide and add charges to your bill go in every month get credits why can’t they just remove the bogus charges ? crooks beware

My son went to an event on 10/28/2023 @ fit4life. The kids spinned a wheel and my son won a watch. I went today to claim the watch for him and was told that I would have to pay for services. My son was very upset over this and Noone had explained to the kids they would have to pay for it. They cannot have kids win a prize and not honor it and try to force a parent to do a credit check and get a 24 month contract. They did false advertising and trying to force a contract on people. The kids are the ones hurting from this scam.

There was a contest at fit 4 life in hope mills where kids spun a wheel to win a prize at a halloween event on 10/28/2023. The kids were the only ones that could spin. The kids won a prize so went to pick it up. The people at the office tried to force me to pay money to activate the tablets and get their service. This was not mentioned to anyone at the event. The kids were very disappointed in false advertising and their hopes were shattered. This should never have happened and I know I am not the only parent dealing with this. This is against the BBB as well.

Genesis at the T-Mobile in hope mills North Carolina is absolutely awesome. I have been to 2 other T-Mobile and no one was able to help me set up parent controls on my grand daughters phone and she did it in 5 minutes. Genesis saved you a customer because I was ready to cancel my service

The employee I was helped by was not very helpful... I carry a firearm everywhere I go concealed and open carry. I had my gun on my side and I was asked to take it outside I was fine with that even though there isn't a sign prohibiting firearms and there not a federal building or property. But that was just the start of it i explained my issue and the employee just stood there with her phone out and didn't assist me in anyway didn't got to the computer to pull up my account to explain what I was asking just told me to go to the one I got my account from well I thought T mobile was T mobile smh

They don't even deserve one star so I walked in and I was approached by a woman she asked me could she help me I told her I was there to buy a new phone paying cash for the phone she proceeded with Attitude immediately telling me well you can't do that yes I can I've done it several times you have to have an account with us I do but I don't have to have you access my account to buy a phone ma'am oh okay sir I perceived to hear her telling the other girl at the register what I had said or whatever which was very not customer service like overall don't waste your time going there drive the extra couple minutes up the road to the next T-Mobile store you will be satisfied as I was

Christopher took a lot of time to try to help me with a situation, and was diligent about checking with other technical resources to resolve our issue. I greatly appreciate anyone who takes the time to fully investigate an issue before telling a customer that they cannot complete a task. With past mobile carriers, I have had multiple employees shrug off whatever we needed to be done as something that they could not do. Christopher was not willing to give up until he had answers, I would highly recommend them!

Very slow service EVERYTIME I GO IN THERE !!!!!! Multiple workers helping ONE CUSTOMER while there’s others standing there waiting for at least 25 mins before getting seen. I walked out and will go to another one hopefully they’re not as slow ! Very unprofessional..
