The Mills River CVS is a great store with friendly and helpful employees. The pharmacy is well-run, and the staff is very helpful, even though they aren't the closest pharmacy. The sweet pharmacist, Curtis, was working alone today, but he remained patient, friendly, and kind despite the staff shortage and a busy line. While some items were out of stock, the store was organized, and the customer service was good. The employee at the register, believed to be the store manager, was very nice and genuine, asking about the customer's day and helping them with coupons. Overall, the Mills River CVS provides good customer service and a pleasant shopping experience.
CVS Pharmacy in Mills River is my overall favorite. They fill my RX promptly, have friendly, accessible pharmacists, and the counter help is great!
