The Mills River CVS is a great store with friendly and helpful employees. The pharmacy is well-run, and the staff is very helpful, even though they aren't the closest pharmacy. The sweet pharmacist, Curtis, was working alone today, but he remained patient, friendly, and kind despite the staff shortage and a busy line. While some items were out of stock, the store was organized, and the customer service was good. The employee at the register, believed to be the store manager, was very nice and genuine, asking about the customer's day and helping them with coupons. Overall, the Mills River CVS provides good customer service and a pleasant shopping experience.
The Mills River pharmacists are great; they will answer any questions and help you find OTC products. Convenient hours also.

This CVS is such a breath of fresh air. Everyone at this location is so pleasant and efficient at their job. This CVS has restored my faith in CVS in general by making it so easy to get my medication.

CVS Pharmacy in Mills River is my overall favorite. They fill my RX promptly, have friendly, accessible pharmacists, and the counter help is great!
