Gentry Hardware is the oldest business in Hot Springs. It is a family-owned hardware store, now in its fourth generation. The store is described as the cutest and quaintest, with a building next to a rambling creek. Walking in feels like you belong, as if you were in Mayberry. The owners and staff are super nice folks, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The selection is insane, carrying a ton of what you need and items you cannot find in the big box stores. They may not have everything, but they have a lot. The service is amazing, exemplifying what small business is all about, with customer service that corporations do not match. For many, it is a favorite business and a hidden jewel, making people want to visit every time they are close to the area or even move to the town.
I just can not say enough nice things about Gentry Hardware! Every time I stop in I am greeted by name, a hello and the smiling faces of Keith and Gene the owners. This store everything big box stores will never be, friendly available, helpful and neighborly.

I can't say enough nice things about Keith and Gene. if you need it, they have it, mostly. Gentry Hardware is one of my favorite business in town.
