I usually have no problems with this post office up until today. Apparently, the carriers didn't feel like delivering my mail today, as they requested I pick up two light packages that could easily fit in my mailbox or at my front door where someone was at my house at the time. Maybe tomorrow they'll actually do their job.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. I bring packages here 4 times a week and I've never had a single issue.

My experience with this Post Office is horrible. The Older Lady provides horrible service?, I get my shipping labels from eBay, she always have negative things to say?, 3 of my packages she has intentionally misplaced, my Customers Packages excuse me.. Never to be found or seen again. We moved here from Jacksonville and wish I could've bought there Post Office with me. I would encourage customer service training!!!

A postal worker showed me that I can order every box and sticker and shipping label from home. I also have the option of having the prepaid packages picked up at home. When I need a receipt for tracking, I do take it to the post office. Things are so convenient!

When I first moved here back in 1996 this was the worse PO that I had ever been too. Years later the rude front office lady retired and they hired some really awesome staff. I never thought to yelp about them and today while filling out the post office survey on the bottom of my receipt, I thought hey... Yelp about them. They deserve to get a good review. I travel a lot and they are so good about holding my mail. Tammy is the main person I deal with and she is a doll. She always helps me with the best way to send my packages. I am so grateful she is here. What a difference going to the post office is now... I actually enjoy stopping in and seeing Tammy and the staff. This office is closed for lunch from 11:30-12:30. They are open from 8:45 to 4:45 M-F. Closed for lunch. Open on Saturday from 9-11.

The post man who delivers to The Pines cant seem to put mail in the correct boxes. The residents have to contact one another to get the right mail, or complain to the Post Office, in return nothing happens. It doesn't take much to read the labels and give to the proper address. If it is too much to read and give to the right people, maybe find another profession. At this point, we'd be better off if you dropped all the mail into a bin and we had to get it ourselves.

I worked at a Columbia, SC post office for many years, and all of our first class mail went out the same day it came in. I have been waiting on a letter from the bank that was supposed to be delivered by the 21st of October 2021 and here it is now the 24th. Where is the 1st class mail or was it a miss delivery????? My post office is in Hubert NC.

I am giving 5 stars to this post office for both ladies who work inside not sure but the lady who works behind counter and her assistant They are amazing ladies they have helped me so much with all my mailing of packages and I just wanted show them by these 5 Stars how much I truly appreciate them ? ? They are the WORST post office we have ever had to deal with. The person that brings our mail picks and chooses what packages they deliver and what they don’t. They are ALWAYS rude when you go in to get the stuff they refuse to deliver

People don't like to deal with customers and as soon as it's getting close to lunch they run and close the doors everytime I go it's something new like they don't like to be bothered they just need a new staff or people that actually like thier job

Too bad I can't leave less than 1 star. Negative stars would be the best way to describe this US Post Office. Mail is always late and never the same time frame two days in a row. One day it may be delivered at noon, the next day it may be 430 or 5 in the afternoon. Also famous for not delivering packages because "they're too large and will not pass through the slot" so extra postage is required. That cost should be transferred back to the sender not the person who already paid for postage. It's no wonder people hate post office's and dmv

I have to say this post office went above and beyond for me. I had a package shipped to my old address on accident. Edward and his team went to the house to retrieve the package and rerouted to my current address all within one business day. I’m very thankful for their promptness and help with a problem of my own fault. Great customer service!
