Did a wonderful job fixing my 2020 Corrolla and worked with the insurance adjuster for payment. Would highly recommend if ever in the need for auto body repair!! My car looks just as good now as when it was new!

This business is amazing. I took my 2021 Hyundai Kona there for repairs from a wreck and they went above and beyond to make sure it was back to original. The insurance company thought it was just some cosmetic damage but after the shop tore it apart for the repairs, they found suspension issues as well. I was kept informed the whole time they had my car as to what the next steps would be and also when the repairs were finished and waiting on the adjuster to approve and release. These are honest and dependable people who really care about their reputation and customers. Thank you again Kelly and crew for your hard work and service. Bob keen's was referred to me & my wife by State farm ins Co, my wife had hit 2 dears on Indian mountain Rd at night going to work, & needless to say the front was damaged very badly, Bob said he would fix it for us & he did just that, my wife & I were so excited when Mr Bob called & Said we were ready to go, we were even more excited when we seen our avalanche truck, it looked all brand new again with a showroom shine!!!, I highly recommend Bob keen's body & repair shop for all your vehicle needs, he called me in early & had me on the Rd in just 4 day's, & the work he did fixing the front of our truck was apsolutely amazing, thank you so very much Mr Bob Keen, if anyone asks us who's the best reasonable body repair shop, it's most definitely Mr Bob keen's body & repair shop, he is a man of his word, & we didn't expect this but Mr Bob Keen also washed & buffed our entire truck & vacuumed & cleaned up the inside as well, we will take all of our truck needs to Mr Bob's from here on out, even oil changes, we will drive 35 Miles, because Mr Bob is reliable and he did everything he promised & so much more!!! We're also putting a written review in our lenoir news paper, thank you very very much Mr Bob Keen you're the very best, 10 ? up & a true patriot ?? 100%
