came 5 minutes before closing and they denied me serious medication that i NEED. because it was 5 before closing, i understand that may be an inconvenience but they weren’t closed yet and therefore had no right to deny me service.

Everyone there was very nice and cashier that checked me out at the pharmacy was very helpful in located the item I was looking for and helping me use my coupon

Very disappointed. Pediatrician sent my daughter’s prescription 2 times, plus gave us a paper prescription and they would not fill it! Now she is 4 days behind on starting her medication.

When you have 2 cars left in your drive thru that have been waiting for 10 minutes prior to closing and then you close before letting them get their medication is absolutely the worst service I have ever seen. Shame on you folks. Find a private pharmacy where they actually provide good service.

No longer take calls, you have to leave a message and they will get back to you in an hr… was out of meds called them in in the AM, no text updates no VM updates when I called in, asked to speak to someone VM told me to leave a message. Store manager stated CVS pharmacy no longer takes calls, very poor communication in a customer service business.

The stuff is very rude. Now you have to leave a message for the pharmacy, you can’t directly speak to a pharmacist. I had a sick child with me an had to wait another 30 min for medicine. I will no longer be going to CVS on Hudson NC.

With change in insurance my preferred pharmacy is now CVS. OMG, I am so disgusted with the Hudson Pharmacy. In January I had a message from CVS that I had prescriptions ready for pick up I did need a few things. CVS FILLED PRESCRIPTIONS I DID NOT NEED. I went into store and asked that they not fill that particular prescription again until I asked for it. Has a text from CVS Hudson I had prescriptions ready to pick up, I was out of town, my partner picked up at drive through. When I arrived home I open the package and CVS HAS AGAIN REFILLED AVPRESCRIPTION I DO NOT NEED. I NOW HAVE A 9 MONTH, YES 9 MONTHS, SUPPLY OF ONE MED. THEY ALSO FILLED ANOTHER TWO MEDS I DID NOT NEED AND I DIDNT ASK THAT IT BE REFILLED. I HAVE PREVIOUSLY ASKED THAT ALL MY PRESCRIPTIONS BE REMOVED FROM AUTO-REFILL.
THE OTHER THING CVS DOES IS TEXT THAT A PRESCRIPTION IS READY FOR PICK UP. I PICK UP, GET HOME TO FIND THEY HAVE GIVEN ME ONLT A SMALL PORTION OF THE PRESCRIPTION. IT'S NOT LIKE CVS IS NEXT DOOR, I DRIVE FROM GRANITE FALLS TO THE HUDSON STORE ON 321. SO I'M FORCED TO MAKE TWO TRIPS.
TODAY AT WINDOW I ASKED THE YOUNG WOMAN TO MARK MY FILE DO NOT DO PARTIAL FILLS, I ONLY WANT TO DRIVE THERE ONE TIME TO PICK UP.
THE YOUNG BLONDE WOMAN STARTED SMIRKING ABOUT MY REQUEST. ABSOLUTELY RUDE. I HATE THE POOR SERVICE. CERTAINLY NOT LIKE WALGREENS OR EVEN THE WALMART PHARMACY.

Went to get a drink, the manager was a COMPLETE jerk because I miss heard her, choose Walgreens right down the street.
