We were looking for a specific type of lawn chair and could not locate what we wanted. When we stopped here, they had a couple of choices offering what we were looking for.They were very helpful helping us look and decide on a specific chair for us and they had more than we wanted in stock. This was a pleasant surprise with all the supply chain issues we have encountered on other items, at other stores over the last couple of years.

I was looking for front porch furniture and was referred to Holiday Patio. What a treasure to find! So much to choose from and Tonya, the sales clerk, was excellent! I was able to purchase a beautiful set of Telescope Casual Furniture that can withstand our NC weather, and take it home the same day! 5 stars for sure!

I had been searching for replacement cushions for my outdoor wicker furniture for a long time and had gotten quite frustrated. Luckily, I came across HPF and contacted them via their FB messenger. The customer service was exceptional! Scarlet sent me photos of the fabrics I was curious about, checked inventories to see where she could find what I needed the soonest, and responded quickly to all of my questions. I do not know when I have had such a positive experience with trying to find and buy something. I'll definitely shop with them again!

Wonderful place to do business with, the owner goes above and beyond to provide the impeccable services they provide to their customers.Her sales staff are top notch and not pushy, they are a group of extremely courteous, patient and knowledgeable people.this is a very good place to do business with, they turn every customer into family.I highly recommend stopping by.They deserve 10 stars by the way, 5 isn’t enough.

Hidden gem! Worked with Tonya to get my patio sofa and rocking chair. Couldn’t be happier. She was friendly, knowledgeable. Able to answer my questions both in person and via text. I wanted to avoid shopping online. Important to see and sit on what you are buying. Great customer service. Recommend highly.

Hidden gem on 321. Worked with Tonya at finding best patio furniture. Didn't want to shop online as felt was important to actually view, and sit on it. Didn't want to shop big box either. Tonya was very informative on structure and fabrics. Instrumental on helping me made an informed decision. I couldn't be happier.Huge store, lots of furniture for the inside of your home too. Highly recommend.
