Damaged furniture on delivery, told me over the phone I had time to make a reclamation, as I was not going to be home for delivery. Now not honoring their word. I kept the furniture based on their saying I had time to make reclamation and wanted to inspect thoroughly. Found a second damaged spot. now not honoring.

As a designer I depended on and trusted Home Delivery Service on numerous occasions when it was necessary to have furniture orders delivered outside our own local delivery area, often a client’s coastal or mountain home. Always pleased with the level of professionalism and courtesy.

Staff in-person and over the phone were cordial, helpful, and professional. It took a little longer to get our couch than expected (a little over a month once the couch was completed) as they had to wait for other deliveries in our area.
