Damaged furniture on delivery, told me over the phone I had time to make a reclamation, as I was not going to be home for delivery. Now not honoring their word. I kept the furniture based on their saying I had time to make reclamation and wanted to inspect thoroughly. Found a second damaged spot. now not honoring.

I worked for and did deliveries for this company for one week, after traveling for 1600 mi in two days and working with a partner who continually embarrassed me by harassing customers for tips, I, by happenstance, havediscerned that this company is also involved in the drug trade, which really I could care less about, but then upon my return home have discovered they also like to refuse to pay their employees...So I am currently waiting to be paid for my labor and trying to figure out how to bring this to the proper authorities attention which is often made more difficult in my area as most authorities here seem to be involved in most all major crimes anyhow!!??

As a designer I depended on and trusted Home Delivery Service on numerous occasions when it was necessary to have furniture orders delivered outside our own local delivery area, often a client’s coastal or mountain home. Always pleased with the level of professionalism and courtesy.

Staff in-person and over the phone were cordial, helpful, and professional. It took a little longer to get our couch than expected (a little over a month once the couch was completed) as they had to wait for other deliveries in our area. Overall, though, they did a nice job bringing the couch up 3 flights of stairs and into our apartment.

Worst delivery experience ever. I bought office furniture and requested delivery anytime Mon-Fri between 8:30-5. Sounds easy right... I told Donna twice it was for an office and I even emailed her just to be safe. Then I get a call that I'm scheduled for Saturday deliver... And if I didn't except it, it would be 2-3 more weeks until they would be back in Raleigh. So I waste my Saturday waiting on the delivery guys (who were nice - not their fault). When they arrive, none of the stuff is put together. The chairs are still in the boxes. So the guys were here for another hour putting the stuff together. So unprofessional. The worst part is that Donna back the office does not care one bit. She is slack and incompetent. Terrible experience. I'm not sure why furniture companies deal with this delivery company. Awful, Awful customer service. Zero Stars!

We have bought furniture from the Mart many times but used different delivery company without issue. This company has been the worst to deal with. We consolidated several showrooms but one sofa didn't get consolidated with the rest. Delivery was May 26th. I called right away that this sofa was missing.excuses were given that they didn't know the sofa was ready to get picked up. It had been ready since mid February
