EDIT to the reply on my review. The NCDOJ reached out to you with the concerns and have yet to hear a response on the matter on the first. They’re expecting a response within 15 days. That would be the 16th of this month. I look forward to hearing your response!
I originally took my review down essentially because I felt pressured to. After thinking on it, it’s unfair to other potential customers to not have access to the true nature of this place. It boils down to treating women like they are clueless, clearing codes on their vehicles, purposely lying on passing Inspections on their vehicles, refuse to give you but the bare minimum of paperwork on work done to your vehicle, attempting to block you on social media or have your review removed in an effort to cover negative reviews, asking friends to post positive false reviews in place of the negative ones. All around lie through their teeth. I won’t leave my full review on what happened during my experience but that essentially boils it all down. I was told I could bring the vehicle back due to all the issues that were covered up we agreed I would take the day to think on it since I was following his advice on driving it more that it would “run its cycle” and the codes would clear on the vehicle and the very next day told me he could not take it back. I’ve filed a complaint with the consumer protection department with NCDOJ due to the nature of this business. Do not recommend

These guys have got it going on! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Got me exactly what I wanted at the price point I needed. 10/10 recommend if you’re in the market for a used car!!

Tried inquiring about a basically stock car. Asked if there’s was any room on the price cause the market value($16000-$18000)was nowhere near their price($25500). They basically had the car basically over double the high value of that yr car with everything it has. Not to mention the car has been in an accident and also has had damages reported a few yrs after that accident reported which also affect value. I wanted more information on the car and he was pretty vague. I live 4.5 hrs away so wanted to know before I go. He was pretty rude through the texts and then deleted and blocked the post. Which I thought was very sketchy. Just thought I’d let people know my experience.

Storm was awesome to deal with, sent me detailed information before I drove 5 hours for purchase. Was super friendly, outgoing and made me feel like home.
