“WOW! What an incredible staff of people.
I found Carey’s through a friend that lives nearby. I live in south Charlotte and couldn’t find anyone that wasnt outrageously expensive.
So I made the trip up to Carey’s and it was 1000% worth it. They were honest, fast, and beyond fairly priced.
More importantly I requested a service that didn’t need done, was just a minor fix, and rather than take my money for the parts and labor like many shops would. Carey called to let me know it was a small fix and saved me quite a bit of money. Truly honest and incredible family owned business.
I will not be taking my car anywhere but Carey’s from here on out!!!”
“This is an interesting shop. You're definitely in a tire shop in the waiting room, but they've gone out of their way to make it as comfortable as possible, including a pretty impressive TV currently playing Little House on the Prairie. And they have the cleanest, best maintained bathroom I've ever seen in an auto shop. The only downside is it's kinda cold in here, but overall they've gone to great lengths to make their customers as comfortable as possible. That's never lost on me. Great prices, excellent customer service. I highly recommend this shop!”
“Great shop to get work done. Very respectful and up front. Needed new tires put on just to find out the Hub Assemblys bad. Got the tires and Hub fixed the same day. They will work with you the best they can thats for sure. Highly recommend.”
