I honestly have nothing to say good about our delivery driver. We had a fantastic driver who would go out of their way to help or make sure our mail was delivered. We unfortunately lost them to a driver who got our route because of “seniority”. Now we don’t get our mail until after 8pm, if we even get it at all. Sometimes it’s 10pm when it’s delivered. Today I had a package held at the post office due to “customer request” when I never did such. Horrible, horrible service but sadly, these reviews do not matter because they have the monopoly on delivery. I never thought I’d be here making this post but alas…

It use to be good don’t get me wrong but the recent changes that seem to be happening are doing the opposite effect and making things much worse we don’t get our mail till after 6 now use to be 12 and on top of that for Christmas multiple packages never arrived and mail that never came… it’s like they just no longer care it’s sad… do better

Recently every piece of important mail I get has been OPENED. Some of them have even been taped back shut! I don't know who at the post office needs to be reading people's mail but they need to be fired asap. There is no excuse for it and if I'm not mistake it is also Illegal. I've contacted the office about it and never heard anything back.

I have lived in Hudson for the last 4 years. Most of the time The Post Office employees are very kind and helpful. We had a good delivery driver at our old address but since we moved across town our new driver has to make everything so difficult. She told my husband that she has a hard time carrying the dog food bags that I order and coincidentally the last couple times I’ve ordered the packages come up “lost”. How do you lose a 50lb box of dog food? Also today is Fathers Day and my son picked out some gifts for my his dad to be delivered today. There was a delivery attempt that never happened. The tracking says that our front door was blocked and she couldn’t access. That is a complete lie. There is nothing blocking my front door in any way. I’m sick and tired of this kind of stuff happening. She can’t just not deliver packages because they are big. That’s not the way it works and if she can’t, which is part of the job, maybe she needs to move on to finding something else.

Held Business Mail for 2 months because payment was incorrectly applied by the Post Office. Never contacted our business to inform us our mail was being held. The fees were paid on 11/4/2021 and as of 2/22/22 has still not been corrected.4/6/22 Took check to PO to pay for bulk mail. Told me to come back after lunch nobody knew how to receipt the check. Went back after lunch and not even the Post Master knew how to receipt this check! They told me to come back on Monday. The temporary Post Master told me she has 25 years experience!? Very sad

I have USPS "Informed Delivery", and it needs to inform you that your mail is not going to be delivered...and LOST!! And if you call to speak with the postmaster, you'll be "INFORMED", that this happens "A LOT" , it's not the informed delivery system, it's the Hudson post office !!!

My mail person is one of the laziest I know. I work 7 days a week and the post office is closed when I get off and they refuse to put my packages on the front porch. So I have to take a loss on pay to leave in the middle of my shift to try and get my mail.. wish they would just do their job
