Pharmacy staff refuses to answer the phone after being on hold for 20 minutes they picked up the phone and hung it up. Refuse to answer about medication they told me they ordered and would be in stock by a certain day and i received notification that it still is not available. Service has gone DOWN at this store!

You can’t get the pharmacy to pick up all you get is there’s 3 callers ahead of you. Then 30 minutes on hold it says 2 callers ahead of you. I put it on speaker and it did this all day long NEVER GOT ANY Body to pick up

The staff is very friendly. Sometimes you have to wait a while at the pharmacy, but it’s usually not because of the cashiers or pharmacist.

Nice staff , but the pharmacy is not so good , they have run out of the meds I need before , they should take stock regularly and know when a med needs to be re-ordered before it runs out . The pharmacy is now closed on Sundays due to short staff , they should at least be open a few hours cause some of us have a hard time getting there to pick up meds during the week .

The girl named Madison was super helpful today....she was very kind and understanding of what we were going thru with DMV in Hudson(not a good experience on their part) but Madison deserves a raise and I just want to say thank you so much from me and my husband!!!! God bless

Clean and well stocked, attentive staff who opened a new register as soon as checkout line started.

I’ve been a long time customer of Walgreens in Hudson. The staff is always very friendly and helpful with finding products, or ordering more if they’re out of stock. While the pharmacy line is long some of the time, they are quick to open another register to assist customers in any way they can! I will definitely be coming back to shop here!!

The pharma staff was extremely rude to me on the phone when I was wanting a refill, they lied about it a first and said none was there, finally the next day I got some of the prescription, filled. the night before they even hung up on me while I was asking questions about my scrip..I give them a (-1)star

I've been using this pharmacy for over 6 months now and I am very disappointed in them.I am on 2 prescriptions that are very hard to find at other pharmacys.Three different times they have told me that they have been ordered and not get them on time and when they say that they were there and they not even be the right kind. And other pharmacys want fill one without the other being filled. And I don't no if they no it or not but someone who has been on a certain medicine for 15 years they go threw very painful withdraw symptoms.I have been hung up on twice. And almost every time I call they put me on hold for 30 mns.But I am not happy with there service.Maybe they will get better can't get no worse.

I was treated like a drug seeker by one of the older techs. There was miscommunication between my vet and I where I needed to pick up Prednisolone tablets for my IMHA cat, so I came to this Walgreens asking if the prescription was sent there. I was viewed with excessive hostility, scrutiny and sarcasm by this particular tech who claimed that the medicine was already picked up by my vet so why was I asking for it (it was not- that was his bone marrow stimulant. This Walgreens was a day late getting that extremely important medicine too). When asked the cat's DOB I was scoffed at when I was told he was found as a stray and we don't have a definitive DOB. They claimed this medicine didn't exist, and only a liquid did. This isn't true as I have the tablets from my vet. The younger tech and the pharmacist were understanding but how I was treated by the older tech was unacceptable. Like, drug seeking Prednisolone? A cat immunosuppressive? Really? As all this was happening my cat was kenneled in my car as I had just come from a vet visit. On top of my dying cat, this experience was extremely upsetting.

This is the only pharmacy I use. While it's close and convenient, I am a faithful customer because of the staff. They all are friendly, helpful and personable. While some who work there might not know my name, they never fail to greet and tell me goodbye. All my medications, makeup and grooming items are bought there.

Arrived there around 1:20pm November 21st 2 employees talking to each other and I said Hello, no professional greetings and they saw me. Walked to the Photos and turned around 2 ladies still talking waited for 3-5 min waiting. Then I had help from the lady finally and Asked about the photos and then I gave the lady my order number and she specifically said “the order number doesn’t help” how does it not help if there is a Order number on the envelope cover.

Love the pharmacist, Jay, at this Walgreens. He just explained all of the side effects of my blood pressure medication. I am so impressed and I now have my "forever" pharmacy!

This is my all time favorite pharmacy. The pharmacist, Jay, is tremendously knowledgeable and spent time explaining my medications. The overall experience was awesome due to a very kind pharmacist!
