Dirty toilet paper and soap in the bathrooms. How hard is it to put the roll where it goes and reload the soap? No one wants to use wet toilet paper

First time I came here all the employees had bad attitudes and couldn't make eye contact when speaking to customers. Second time they didn't have $60 in change or condiments for their sandwiches. What's going on here?

Our teenage girls were so excited to go to 7-Eleven on 7/11. It was a tradition that has been our family for many years. When they got there they were greeted by a very angry employee that had turned off the machine and was not kind. I was so surprised with the situation they shared when they came home that I called, but all I can get is something that sounds like a fax machine.

The worst by far, a nightmare! Store is usually filthy and it is OBVIOUS that nobody wants to work there...even while working! Terrible customer service!!! Worse atmosphere.

Two times in a row I have sent Uber eats to pick up an order for me and two times it has been completely wrong. Do you not have a process by which you determine if something is in stock and let the customer know an available substitute? Completely unsatisfied with the service I have received.

There is a Black lady in the store that is stealing customer's reward points. Her name showed up as Myra on the reward screen. She is an older lighter skinned woman. I put my phone number in and saw how many points I had. The lady canceled the transaction. Then she re-rung it up and then put her phone number in before I could re enter my phone number to collect the points. At first I didn't realize what was going on but I quickly realized that she was basically stealing points by using her phone number instead of my number. She made up some excuse about some promo. I know 7-Eleven. I have been shopping here for years. Funny thing is that the price was the same both times. So there was no promo. It was simply her siphoning off customers points.

Coke was out, employee didn’t offer to change the syrup. When I went to throw my cups of ice away, employee yelled “Don’t throw the cups away, you didn’t use them.” Once the cups landed in the trash he yelled “god da***t” at me.I won’t return, as I don’t want to be swore at or I don’t want use other peoples dirty cups.

This store is one of the Busiest gas stations in Huntersville NC, The store is always clean when I come in and and the workers that work there are very fast at what they do on the register. I haver never had to wait inline for more then 1 minute. For all the reviews I've seen these are people complaining about the workers working to fast. They don't have time to chat with you. They are there to get you in and get you out and nothing else which I appreciate that. I wish all Seven eleven where like this!

If you're gonna list yourself as a store on DoorDash with a time frame of open/close, have the Order Manager application as a business, -you- should fulfill that time frame -you- listed for. Saw this store make up reasons to DoorDash saying their system was down, doesn't work, etc at 7pm, 8pm, 9pm on separate dates (fridays/saturdays) on separate orders. If you rewind to the previous reviews at this location, those accounts correlate with someone at the counter passing blame/responsibility when they ACCEPT the order and a dasher arrives. (while lying to DoorDash at the same time). It's a waste of the customers, the dashers, and DoorDash Supports time. Based off previous reviews seems like the manager working this shift has great job security. Also don't bother replying with that cringe review link.

Be aware when ordering anything from doordash, Uber eats, Grub hub etc. A common issue seems to be a refusal to fill these orders. It's been like this for a long time now, had to mark store closed countless times at this location only.Also the store sucks and the gas is overpriced.

Who is ever at the register is always quick to serve. That is a very busy gas station and they are usually are spot on!

Sign says open 24 hours, website says open 24 hours. Employee sitting behind the counter with the door locked. While holding my exhausted 3 years old as I tried to explain he just needs to use the restroom. He unlocks the door only to scream I'm closing now as we're running to the restroom. Which were absolutely filthy!!! As we walked out and thanked him for letting my child use the the restroom he continued to yell "I'm closing to many crazies!! Good thing we were only passing through and I won't ever have to visit this location again.
