Thank you so much for getting me my knife back. The kind lady was so professional and nice to deal with. Thank you again!

In 1997 my Dad gave me a money clip that has a pen knife. My Dad passed in 2007. I usually have been good about remembering the pen knife until a recent trip from DFW to NC. The TSA agent told me of the Airport Mailers option. I now have again my money clip. Thanks, Airport Mailers

WOW, seems that the website nor the phone number works... been back home from trip now for 2weeks and nothing has been received. All I want to know was when I will be receiving my items back.

Ok.. I understand having to pay a premium TSA should allow you to takew an item back out of security.. They don't OK It sucks.. But I live in Houton Tx near IAH why the Fk is my item in NC!!! January 19, 2021 19:02 HUNTERSVILLE,NC,28078...Is this why they charge so much?

They overcharged me & put my personal email and phone on the mailer. That’s a privacy concern alone. No customer service available. They literally have a non working number. And the bag had a strange smell. Just beware before shipping.

Was driving a car from Memphis to Denver then flying home. About halfway to Denver, I was leaving a hotel and checked my pockets for all my usual EDC items, which includes my knife.Upon realizing my mistake, I researched options to mail my knife back home. I was lucky that this little station was in the Denver Airport within the security checkpoint. I filled out the information, slipped the knife into the provided pouch, and received an email notification with my tracking number. It was about $20 but you pay the price when you make mistakes.I received my knife intact about 2 and a half weeks after dropping it into the Dropbox. Glad to have my edc back. Thanks Airport Mailers!
