The sales reps are rude and the customer service is horrible. I wanted to buy an iPhone, and they forced me to also purchase additional insurance products. The only way I was able to find out was after the transaction. I would not recommend going to the store. The store manager Ari was Extremely disrespectful and refused to sell me the phone without adding that product

10/10 would recommend this store over any other AT&T store. Beyond helpful, responsive, and go above and beyond. Aric has helped with my previous 13 PM sim issues, corrected other AT&T screw ups for me, and etc. Aric also helped me lower my internet bill, and wireless bill with upgrading devices. Ari is an amazing manager, and leader at the store. She's very blissful to be around, and overall cares for the customers. Great service, selection, and staff.

Had a bad experience where the representative did not fully state all the conditions that would be changed on my bill ahead of time. Thankfully taking the time to investigate it myself, provided me with a better understanding than what the representative could provide.

Brandi was extremely helpful and she provided excellent customer service. She was kind, respectful and intelligent. She worked with us for over an hour and we left there very happy with the service she provided. She is worthy of a raise!!!

I walked in and was immediately greeted by Aric. He answered all questions and was super helpful. I was going to ask if there was any way to save money on my bill also while in store, but he reviewed my plan without my even mentioning it. I had a great experience with Aric and everything went much quicker than I anticipated.

Find another resource for solving the need for phone service. When I entered the store, I was told that my current phone number was not compatible with AT& T, that I would need a different phone and phone number. There was a lack of transparency to the specific features of the store Iphone with no discussion if that phone met my needs by asking me defining questions before beginning the transaction, and they will not let you see the phone itself before a purchase saying that is policy as the phone is sealed in a box, then placing a cover protector on it before you were able to see the phone (like a sim card slot) is a clue to their process to have you not question them to stop a sale, and I was not informed that the phone was not sd card compatible and then told there are no phones available with sd card capability since 2019 which is totally not true, I did the research.There was a promotion for IPhones that I was told were free with a monthly phone plan and after I left the store I discovered the receipt with a total bill to me at $1000 to be paid over 36 months. Absolutely not communicated to me at the store. Then they signed my name to a protection plan with a monthly bill without my knowledge or consent. My bank will be informed of the fraud. I returned the phone within 12 hours because it did not have the sd card capability that was vital for my photo needs and then they told me my existing phone number and android phone were ready to use after telling me they were not compatible with AT&T when I came into the store and in addition when I left the store it now has no service.They gave me a bag with items and billed me telling me they were needed for the IPhone when in fact I did not need these Apple items as the connections items were already in my home. My bill online for the next cycle was over $450 without my consent with many add on items that I was not informed on and not agreed to. I only came to the store because my current provider was no longer providing service for my android phone and my intention was to buy a monthly plan for one android phone in my ownership for under $60/month to be added to my AT & T internet monthly bill and left with a mess. It is all about upselling items and plans with no transparency and being told one thing but not the truth. I also observed staff with unprofessional attitudes and discrimination to clients of another race while I was in the store that made me feel very uncomfortable.

Recently visited the store in Huntersville. Aric provided exceptional customer service. Went above and beyond to assist. I would definitely recommend a visit to this store.

This is the absolute worst AT&T store with terrible customer service. Both managers "Ari" and "Kenneth" are by far the most entitled good for nothing people I've ever dealt with. They are not interested in helping anyone. They are interested only in bait and switch sales. They quoted me $223 per month. The bill ended up being $350 even with the credits. If you leave them a message, they do not call back. They are rude, entitled, and full of attitude. I would not recommend this AT&T store under any circumstances. Don't waste your valuable time, it took me nearly 7 hours to finish paperwork and get out of the store. They don't have enough people and the people they have don't have any authority to help complex situations.

Hector was amazing! He was very engaging, kind, and patient with us! He answered all of our questions, met all of our needs, and then some! He even helps his other coworkers out as a “go to” person for help I felt super comfortable and confident with my purchase
