Where is the lobby manager? I need to open an account, been standing/sitting here for 15 minutes, everyone's busy and no one's roaming trying to move this progressively longer teller line or those of us who need a personal banker. BOA customer service is down the toilet since i worked for them 15 years ago. I guess I'll go interrupt a conversation to find out what's going on.

do not bank here worse customer service. I politely left went to Wells Fargo had a wonderful experience. A friend told me she had a bad experience with bank of america also

It's not the friendliest bank. My husband and I cameto deposit cash into our business account and they miscounted the cash. And later, they called to credit us. Sure, mistakes happen and are completely fine. They were not apologetic or friendly about it, particularly the one male manager. And frankly, every time I go there, there’s no hello or a simple greeting. I should've realized this from all of their previous reviews its low for a reason. If you're miserable at your job, then find something else to do because it's clearly showing through your customer service.

I'm an existing customer. I have tried to call this branch and speak with someone 4 different times, and no one ever picks up. There is no other way to inquire other than to go into the branch. Why do you have a phone number if you never answer your phone? This is odd behavior for a branch of one of the United States' largest banks.

One star for the 1 in 10 times I’ve had an ok experience. This is not just the worst BofA location I’ve been to, but, without a doubt, the worst bank location I’ve been to in North Carolina. I feel like they’ve tried to make improvements with finally opening drive through window but the atmosphere is still Friday casual everyday and customers feel like a bother and a nuisance to the establishment. While I understand staffing constraints, I do hope things improve at such a populated location.

Tried to get some documents relating purchase house and they did an outstanding job. They were very patient with listening and explaining what I need and what they can do. The staffs are super friendly as well as the manager of the branch!

My husband made a deposit, and the $ showed as partially available immediately and the rest would be available the following business day, which is pretty standard. The next day I log into my account and there is no record of any deposit. I call BofA corporate, and they cannot find any record of the deposit. Tellers are clearly into some shady business here. I suggest using another branch.

Used ATM during lunch time hours. Waited 2 min for customer in front of me. Easily took money out. Charge a $3 fee if not using BOA card. When done you drive around the building to exit the parking lot. The entrance to go in the bank is at the back of building from where you enter. There's a 2nd ATM on that side too. Unless you've been here before you wouldn't know that and could be waiting at ATM for no reason. They have tellers too.

Bad customer services, big lines, one drive thru window only open, they can’t even hire more workers so they can open up more drive thru windows and develop less lines, Wells Fargo has more drive thru windows open then bank of america- it’s like they are trying to save money for themselves.Not happy with Bank of America. Don't go to this bank go to a different bank. Also been trying to get a hold of Bank of America since 11am and no response. Very not happy.

Waiting a long time while Gabe took care of inside line. Two customers went ahead of me so I rang the bell. Gabe comes over with an attitude and ask " what do I want " really ? He doesn't know he works at bank ? Then he asked me if I had a deposit slip ? Well how else would you know ow where to put my money ? I'm considering moving my account else where. This bank has been failing for a while now. Btw, the car behind me also got tired of waiting and left.

Made a cash deposit yesterday at this branch. It showed it my account last night. As of this morning, any record of my deposit has disappeared. Very disturbing!

Bad customer service, we tried to open new bank account. So we went there earlier they told us to schedule an appointment and bring 2 forms of identification that we showed them on our first visit whether their will suffice and they said yes and told us nothing else is required. We have scheduled appointment and brought those 2 forms of identification and suddenly they are asking for more documents which they didn't ask to bring such as residency address. I am very disappointed with their professionalism and the lack of service they provided.
