Where is the lobby manager? I need to open an account, been standing/sitting here for 15 minutes, everyone's busy and no one's roaming trying to move this progressively longer teller line or those of us who need a personal banker. BOA customer service is down the toilet since i worked for them 15 years ago. I guess I'll go interrupt a conversation to find out what's going on.

47 minutes in line to cash a check. I was 6th in line. 2 tellers plus 3 employees walking around room to room chatting and laughing. I'm sure they were busy and I know staff shortages are a thing, but come on! Figure something out. Had to adjust my entire Saturday afternoon, including losing a job that I just couldn't get to, thanks to BoA. Oh well, new world.

Tierra was first class in her service and we very much appreciated her help to us. We were under a time crunch to take care of something and she sought to help us meet our deadline. She stepped up and served us big time!

Went to the ATM drive up. There was no line so our transaction was fast and easy. The only thing I have to say is that as you're doing your transaction, the beeping coming from the machine is so loud that it's like you're trying to make sure everyone within a few blocks knows that you're taking money out of the bank. They really need to fix that.
