“I had a great experience with Safelite mobile windshield replacement. Initially I had an appointment to take my car in to have the windshield replaced (that was NOT the best experience). Safelite kept my car all day even though I had a early morning appointment. and did They did not call me to inform me that they were starting the replacement until 4pm (I was supposed to pick the car up by 4:30 PM ). I was contacted while riding in an Uber on the way back to pick up the car. When Safelite called, the technician informed me that he could not replace the glass because the new windshield that they were going to install had scratches on it. So I spent $60 dollars in riding share expenses and did not get my windshield replaced. Fortunately they had another appointment the following Saturday and that went seamlessly.”

“Was an insurance claim but I'd still recommend them. The front office ladies were pleasant as was, I believe, the manager here. Took an extra business day to get my car back to me but it wasn't their fault and they communicated.
