My 1st time going to this location on August 30th at 3:00 pm. I just want to give a shout out to associate Nancy. I had a cart full, there was only one cashier open so I went to the self checkout. Nancy immediately came to me and started the checkout process for me. While helping the other customers she still managed to scan and bag most of my items. I was out of there in no time. NANCY You Rock!!! I would have given 5 stars if the store manager would have answered one of the 3 calls I made. I wanted to to share my experience with the manager.

I really would like to give this location 5*, but each visit is becoming worse and worse. Jenny is the one Staff Member, there's another Staff(cashier) who's friendly or at least speaks to you. Today, one of the Managers(while i stood there while she gabbed, to a friend/customer), she helped to bag her groceries, THEN, she advised me, that I could go to the next register while she continued her convo w customer(seemed like a friend).

I didn't even want to leave a star . Most of them act like they are on acid . All the old people are at the register . They ask a bunch of slow questions as they ring you up and talk about how they like to buy this and that . I feel bad because they trying to make conversations but it's horrible . Lines be so backed up but yet they have 5 people in customer service and two standing in the self checkout . It's so annoying . I'm so ready to move back up north . Going to this Harris Teeter reminds of that one movie where the sloths are working in the DMV .what makes it worse it looks like many of the special needs are the ones pulling carts back and cleaning their filthy bathrooms. Prolly making $11 an hour . It's sad !

I love everyone in the pharmacy and always get good deals with my VIC card. The online downside is they don't take Apple Pay. A lot of people rely on Apple Cash so they should get with times. Other than that, I love this place!!

Tried the curbside pickup for the first time today a d I think I'm in love lol - grocery shopping is like work for me and this was a great and safe way to get it done! I will definitely do this again kinda mad at myself for waiting this long to try it but better late than never huh! The young lady who called me to discuss substitutions was bad about over talking you but we got through it! I only had to wait a few mins for them to load my truck and I was on my way. They seem to have made great selections on the fruit n veggie items I needed!

The Harris Teeter at Jetton Cove is our primary grocery store with Publix right around the corner our secondary. In the light of the Covid-19, shopping has become more erratic as everyone knows. We were planning on Beef Stroganoff for a late lunch or early dinner on Saturday and my wife discovered that the can on mushroom she had purchase at the Jetton Cove location was stems and the can was dented so that was not acceptable. We drove down to this location which is about a mile further and they did have what we needed and at the same time, were out of other items that we had been able to procure at Jetton Cove. Outages are sporadic and more dictated by the buying habits of the customer. All of the stores in this chain as well as Publix our secondary source are trying and doing a great job tying to meet the needs of their customer. Store is very clean and well organized. Staff is very helpful and willing to be of any assistance necessary. Good shopping experience under trying circumstances. S Strongly recomment

This has to be one of the worst Harris Teeter locations in the area. My husband and I have shopped here on several occasions because it is conveniently located by our home. Today we have finally given up! Several of the boxed items were damaged, the produce seems to always be near expiration, and the customer service is poor. We're usually in route to home from work in business attire. Yet and still because of the color of our skin we've been followed, watched closely at the self checkout line, (rushed to process payment on one occasion), or given a blank stare upon exiting the store without so much as a "thank you" or "have a nice day". Message to Harris Teeter: "Regardless of what your customers look like their money is all the same color, green. It will serve you well to treat everyone the same." On the brighter side, there are other nearby Harris Teeter stores with better service and quality items. It's worth the extra miles to drive to the other locations.

Most of the staff are friendly, but every once in a while you'll run into someone who hates having an inside job when it's 1000 degrees outside. (Sarcasm). I can find most of what I'm looking for. I wish there were more local produce. Honestly, I wish they would quit carrying anything from Salinas and Watsonville, CA. I lived there and can tell you... those fields are disgusting!!! Way over tilled and wreaks of pesticides. I won't even buy organic from there bc the whole area is just disgusting. I would t want to eat something from a field where men have to have full protective gear to spray.
