“I stopped in today to pick up a few items and had a Wonderful Guest Experience. In the past H&M in the Charlotte market has seen some challenges with staffing and cleanliness but it looks like now the company is investing to get things up and rolling with a level of expectation compared to years past. The sales floor and fitting room engagement was there along with a great engaging experience at the cash-n-wrap with associate, Braxton. Being someone who was Retail management for 25 years plus it’s only fair to give credit where credit is due. Great job H&M at North Lake!”
