Very unprofessional staff, lazy, slow, incompetent, rude, disrespectful, had a good team when pat was there! He was the best pharmacist ever, keesha is great too. But the technicians are not like how they used to be not fast, proficient, they were friendly and welcoming, always there to help with a smile on their face, old statesville cvs has gone down tremendously… will be transferring my prescriptions from there. Won’t shop their either.

Using CVS for years and acted like a normal prescription was abnormal. When I said I was done with CVS, I was just told \\\"ok.\\\"

Soda and beer distributors just walking around in there talking to the manager without masks. I can understand being too timid to ask certain customers to put on a mask but these guys are on the clock. Their your distributers.

This is within walking distance of my house and is the only reason I go there. I have started driving to Walgreens now because they have continually given me the wrong prescriptions. I've been getting my insulin for 6+ years here and all of a sudden the give me vials of it instead of the pens I've always used. I've never used vials so why was I given that? Just the other day I was in the drive thru and was asking questions. They told me there was a line and I was taking too long. How rude is that? Also bc she was so worried with me moving along, she put in the wrong order for a glucose monitor I needed. Luckily I didn't need it immediately, I just went somewhere else to get it. There is one gentleman there who was wonderful in the pharmacy but every other person is so rude and the fact I have to worry if my prescriptions have been filled correctly and not something completely random is just crazy.
