Are you really open 24/7 if you close for lunch? At 1:30pm they disappear. But they really take their time to open at 2pm. Why they can take lunch in stages. Doesn’t make sense. Does the whole store close for lunch? No, just the pharmacy. You know who doesn’t close for lunch? Amazon pharmacy and it’s cheaper!!!

I have had it with this CVS! I moved to Huntersville, six months ago, and they’ve gotten my prescription wrong no less than a half a dozen times. And then, today, I’m standing in line to get my prescription, and the clock turns 130. I’m next in line and the only person in line, and they tell me I have to come back after their lunch at 2. It would have taken two minutes to check me out, but they decided not to help me. This CVS has the worst customer service, and the worst attention to detail of any pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I will be taking my business to elsewhere.

I am so tired of this pharmacy. They lose prescriptions, un organized. They never have the prescriptions in stock and there is always a line taking 30 plus mins to get through. They are slow, incompetent and rude. They do not care at all. Other cvs are not like this. Whoever the district manager is needs to get involved. I called to see how long my prescription would take to fill. They said give them an hour. I gave them an hour and half for the. To tell me they just got the request and it would be 20 mins. Pharmacist came to window and rudely said you have to come back, we are behind and said we are open until 19 and closed the window and walked off. RUDE

The absolute WORST!!! This location is so GHETTO and SLOW!! The people who work there appear to be miserable with their jobs maybe even their entire life. I'm switching to Publix or Target Pharmacy.

Very sad experience - trying to track down prescriptions and understand the barriers to transfer and communication between two CVS stores. I was hung up on because "the conversation wasn't going anywhere and there are other customers to help." Very unprofessional.

Waited 20 minutes for one vehicle to pickup because they had an issue. Instead of moving them and helping the rest while resolving the issue, they made everyone wait for over 35 minutes for a simple pickup. Always understaffed and under-managed. Switching all my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

I got my covid booster and flu shot today and I wish I had written this review earlier so I still remembered the name of the wonderful lady who gave me both shots but she was truly fantastic!! I barely felt either shot! I was truly amazed at how talented she was and I was extremely appreciative of how kind and understanding she was that I was nervous! 10/10 will definitely be getting my boosters done here!

Excellent experience with Bre, one of the pharmacists last night. The pharmacy was very busy. We needed help interpreting the best over the counter cough and congestion medication for our grandson. Bre was fabulous. She asked good questions, listened and recommended a combination we would have never thought of trying. Bre is a true professional. Thank you! We are grateful.

Time for a new pharmacist & staff.. People shouldnt be working in any health care field with a unprofessional rude attitude.. You dont tell customers you are busy, they are aware..Pharmacists & staff suppose to be advocates for customers.. People are coming to pick up Rx's for multiple medical illnesses..Not to deal with your rudeness & incompentency..Find another job if you cant handle the volume...Remember you wouldnt have a job there if it wasnt for the customers.

Not sure what happened, but the experience has gotten pretty bad lately. They are always understaffed (as noted by the sign there written on printer paper). I understand times are tough but I also see a lot an inefficiencies that would help with the fact that they're understaffed. Like not having the entire pharmacy take a lunch break at the same time and instead having it staggered.

My doctor called in a prescription to CVS. I was told I could pick it up on Tuesday. I procrastinated and did not go to the pharmacy until Friday where I was told the drug was back ordered and would not be in for two weeks. I was never notified that I would not be able to fill my prescription. Fortunately I had enough until Monday when my doctor called it in to a different pharmacy. This is only the last incident of many such incidents I have had at Cvs. I would give them a zero star if it was possible. I have changed most of my prescriptions to mail order and I’m now going to the CVS inside of Target, which has been a much better experience .

I called here because my usual pharmacy was closed I am wheezing and need my rescue inhaler I told him I'm having a hard time I'm also on oxygen he wanted me to update my address I said I can do that in the app it's hard for me to get my breath .. I said can you please fill my prescription I was told can you find the words to update your address ? Very sarcastic and nasty I will be filing a complaint how dare he make fun of my disability

Worst customer service ever! Rudest pharmacist ever! CVS policy of starting to fill a prescription but not complete it and then close the door. Go to another CVS and they tell you they can’t transfer it to their store and fill it because it’s in process at the other store. WHAT? Poor customer service!!!!!!
