Rudest manager and employees ever. I stood outside in the cold, and my Apple Watch said it was 802. The gentleman at the door said it wasn’t 8 o’clock yet. No greeting, no hello, cashier behind the counter and he were both rude.! Won’t be back to this location!!

Called twice to see about getting a prescription filled. 1st call was made at 2:24 12/17/23. Held for 5 min before someone picked up and disconnected the call without saying a word. 2nd call was made at 2:30 12/17/23. Held for 14 min before a rude broad picked up and I asked if they had the medication in stock or if they could have it by tomorrow. The rude broad said nothing and placed the call on hold. Didn't repeat the name of the medication or anything. Held for another 3 min before she came back to the phone and said hello, who am I speaking to? Seriously? I was holding to confirm whether or not you have the medication. Rude broad responds: No we don't have it. Nothing about whether or not it can be ordered, but it's ok because I wouldn't purchase a pack of gum from this CVS. This place deserves negative stars. If I had 4 thumbs they would get 4 thumbs down. Don't waste your time here.

The only reason I’m giving two stars is for the minute clinic staff and the retail staff. They were lovely and polite, helped me as much as they could! The pharmacists, however, are rude. They don’t like when you ask questions and treat you more like an annoyance than anything else. Feel free to shop here and get a check up, but you might want to pick up your meds somewhere else!

The pharmacists are rude and mean. They never talk to you like you are a person, but rather an annoyance. They don't like when you ask questions or might not know something. The retail staff and minute clinic staff are nice and helpful and the only reason I gave two stars.

I almost always go to the CVS on Sam Furr, bc Sean is usually there and he always takes good care of me. Today was no exception, I had a return and exchange. Sean handled it like he always does.He is always friendly and professional. Give the man a raise.Jo Kelly

I rarely write reviews- but WOW this was a horrible CVS to go to. I had a MinuteClinic visit and had some pictures to pick up. The clinic visit was great- but the store staff was horrible. It took ten minutes of me being at the register with no one present before I found Carole seemingly hiding putting up stock or something. I asked her if I could get some help picking up photos and she (with an awful attitude) said “yeah”. She couldn’t find the photos and asked an older bald man (wasn’t wearing a name tag) about them. He proceeded to tell me in a very roundabout way that they had a broken machine that had just been fixed so everything was printing from the prior days and I’d just have to wait. I saw nothing printing at all so I asked if there was a queue where I could see how long I would need to wait- to which he replied no. He said I could transfer the order to another store but not if it printed there- which doesn’t make sense at all since he said my photos were going to be printed and there was no way to stop it. I asked him how I could get a refund because I didn’t want to wait an undetermined amount of time for them because I have a baby at home I needed to get back to. He said “oh let’s see where you are on the queue” which is EXACTLY what I asked for in the first place. Anyway, the photos ended up printing and the magnets didn’t. The photos were HORRIBLE quality and looked SO awful. I told him that they looked incredibly bad and so much different than the originals and he said he could keep the photos there and issue me a refund. I didn’t want photos of my child floating around with complete strangers and was just going to shred them at home- but he said (really unkindly) that the photos would have to stay there if I wanted ANY sort of refund or compensation. This store is just riddled with problems. Unbelievably bad.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Horrendous customer service typically, there is one Rx person who goes out her way every time, but all others could care less. Can't get meds ordered/filled on time to save their life. If I could go back to Walgreens in Birkdale for my Rx I would, but unfortunately my plan does not allow. Kind of glad I'm moving, hoping my new CVS has better customer service.

Rudest customer service I have ever received!!!!!! I never write reviews. Was treated like a fraud and humiliated. WILL NEVER RETURN. If that was the manager helping me, he needs to be reprimanded!Edited to add: Right after that demeaning experience at said CVS, I went to the CVS in Maiden and the lady was so helpful and kind and the gift card transaction went through effortlessly! To the manager at the CVS on Sam Furr road/Catawba Ave, just so you know, there were NO ISSUES with my license and it ran through their system swiftly and properly. You should be ashamed of how you treated me in front of the other customers! The very fact that I have to prove myself in a review (that I NEVER do), should be humbling in of itself. Do better!!!

Great store to shop at. Very friendly and helpful employees. No problem checking out. Store was clean and in great order. Brandon is very friendly and extremely helpful employee. I love this CVS.

There is no way to speak to an employee of the store when you call. You can call the pharmacy and ask to be transferred to the front of the store or to the minute clinic, but then their systems just abruptly hang up on you. Call the store's phone number and the automated system is so unresponsive. And goof luck speaking to ANYONE with minute clinic, unless it's about a bill.
