Takes card only NO CASH accepted even the woman at her cashier station couldn’t take cash!

Was told with many other customers that cash is not accepted at all at this location. So don't waste your time if you are trying to use cash with this place.

This was my first visit to this DG location. I read on the Nextdoor app that they had a messy trash area in the back, but I didn't enter the parking lot that way to observe. Inviting pests and the like is not a good thing for the neighbors. Upon entering on a Sunday morning, I found the store clean and tidy. The shelves were 95% stocked. I was able to locate exactly what I needed. The store had minimal customers. The self-check stations were useful as I had no wait. I will return as long as the store maintains a presentable interior.

I come from a small town in Texas that has a Dollar General just like this and has everything you could want or need and I love it! Most of the Dollar Generals around here don't have near the variety this one has, I know where I will be shopping from now on.

This store is very clean. However the concept of the modern day check out stations could’ve been more thought out. I was very excited to have this location open. I typically coupon for gain on Saturdays and have been doing so for years. The coupons do not come off after I have wasted time shopping. The first time it happened the employee told me they were new so nothing they could do about the coupons. Employee told me she wasn’t about to deal with other peoples issues. (Okay ma’am, you work here not me, sorry for inquiring about why it’s not working).Came in today and asked specifically “Hey came in a few weeks ago and the system wasn’t taking off coupons is it working now”. I was told yes. Yet again, wasted time and when I got there half of them didn’t come off. Same employee came over and said what you see is what it took off. I said yeah but you told me specifically that it worked now. She said the store was new and they couldn’t do anything about it.2 Starts for the aesthetics of the store. Customer service lack luster. Why would the store make check outs that employees have no access to to override things when issues arise. You chose to be modern but left out a big aspect.
