Stopped by the store today about 11:30 am. I was welcomed by Kendra who was very helpful! She put together a beautiful platter for an elderly neighbor of mine who I want to surprise and bring some joy! Kendra had the platter together in 5 min.! Wow. One small note is the store is open on Sundays but that is not correct on the website. I suggest that it be corrected by corporate to save folks from getting upset! Keep up the beautiful work!

I had an edible arrangement sent to me after my mother’s passing. When I received it, it was dirty on the inside and inedible. I reached out for a replacement and was told no, stating that the person who ordered it said it was okay to leave outside. Either way, I feel that it would not be too much to request a replacement that I would happily pick up from the store. So money was spent, no fruit was eaten, and even though I expressed it was something to display comfort during bereavement, I was not even told “I’m sorry for your loss.” I have always enjoyed edible arrangements and send them on a regular basis. Please do not order from here. They are about money only, not about ensuring customer satisfaction.

I would say this place is hot or miss. They are great but can never deliver on time could maybe use more chocolate as well on certain items.

Totally AMAZED and super thankful. Above Excellent Service, I'm from out state and called to order a birthday gift on the day of my son's birthday and not only did it get made and delivered the same day but it was delivered about 1 hour after I placed the order. WOW REALLY, It's great to do business with a business that actually cares. Plus I gave them the okay to make up whatever they wanted to and my son called and said it was perfect and delicious ?. Thank you Kindra, Thank you very much.

I’ve used Edible in the past, and it’s been ok. But this experience was not. I had an order delivered for my brother and sister in law to receive after a monumental moment in their life! This company sent the wrong balloon... They sent “Thank You” instead of “Thinking of You” - quite a difference in meaning and therefore quite a disappointment. How can I trust that a simple order will be correctly followed through with??? When I called to see how they would fix it- they didn’t offer any solution because they were “out of the balloon” they told me and “Yes, we sent the wrong balloon. Sorry” —- it was like they were obviously well aware of that they were doing and didn’t care much for the receiving party or the paying customer. Here’s a solution: You could’ve gone to Dollar General or Party City to get the correct balloon, OR used a more appropriate alternative like a smiley face balloon, after calling the paying customer to see if that’s an acceptable alternative? Both of those options would’ve been better than blatantly sending the wrong ballon.

I ordered cupcakes and the lid had a sticker appearing it was used. Hell I was better off going to a local grocery shop that pay $16 for cupcakes with a shitty cover on it.

Staff is very nice and efficient. They Helped me to get a special delivery to my nieces 8th birthday quickly. It brought joy to her face. Great quality on their products and the stuffed unicorn was a hit!

We had an awesome experience with Edible Arrangements. A relative surprised us with a platter for our anniversary, but since it was a surprise, we weren't home when the delivery was attempted. We were given the number to contact the driver who was making final deliveries of the night up the highway, but offered to meet us back at the storefront to get the gift to us. He was nice enough to call us when he was a few minutes out to allow for travel time and he had the order ready and waiting for us in the parking lot when we got there. That was really nice since the store had actually closed for the evening and he went out of his way to make sure we got the gift. The order we received was perfect. It had chocolate covered strawberries, Oreos and pretzels plus mini pumpkin cheesecake that was delicious. On the side we had a package of truffles - chocolate covered green apples. Yum. This makes me want to buy a treat bundle for someone else to enjoy. I will do that in the future for sure.

This is the only location I use for edible arrangements. I have used other locations but this one by far is the best! The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and offer great suggestions how to personalize each arrangement for every occasion. Hands down, you can't go wrong with this location.
