What a terrible customer service. Just came to open an account and the Teller told me that the person has to leave today and she can not help me opening account. So I have to come tomorrow.

I went to this branch in an attempt to close my account as I have moved onto a new bank. I made sure I was square with them and the teller assured me that my account would be closed by the end of the day. Fast forward a week, and now my account is still not closed, and I'm being swamped in overdraft fees on account that shouldn't exist. This branch never closed my account, and outright lied to me. I would suggest staying away from FNB as a whole, their fees are excessive, and this branch in Huntersville failed to do what I asked of them.
