Store no longer carries clearance, but has BOGO free sign! One off the reasons I come is for the clearance…may buy regular priced but now it’s like they are taking away an option…time to find a new place to shop

I have been to this store twice and staff was not helpful at all. Whenever I ask for an item I am looking for they just say “if you don’t see it, we don’t have it”. However, beautiful items to shop for and a lot of variety.

Easy to return the car. Receipt was emailed to me. Had a little wait for the bus to the airport.

Just don’t go here unless you want to be treated as if you’re an inconvenience. Asked about the return policy, then had faces made and eyes rolled at me when I told my friends I would return my dress if I found something I liked more. Basically pushed out of the door the minute it hit 7:00. Extremely rude employees, including the manager, that need a lesson in customer service.

I could not make a decision on the jewelry sale... I was going crazy... But the manager had exactly the correct suggestions that I wanted for my earrings. She helped eliminate the stress from my shopping experience LOL and my earrings look great on me :-)

My daughter and I visited the Francesca’s at Birkdale Village in Huntersville late afternoon on June 10. After stopping by a few other shops in the area we were surprised and saddened to see employees without masks, no customers with masks, no social distancing and no hand sanitizer. Also, the two salesladies were talking amongst themselves and didn’t offer any help. Really disappointed.

I love their clothing, shoes, and accessories but they really need to hire more people. The cashier was super slow and I waited in line for 30 mins- ultimately decided to just put back my items and left.

First time in the store since the remodel, a long line at the check out with multiple people working the store but won't stop straightening items to work the check out and make the line shorter. Not good customer service over the holidays.

I purchased a Christmas gift with cash on Nov 12 and needed to return it today. Despite paying cash and having my receipt they would only give me store credit. That's a terrible return policy and I'll never shop there again after I use my store credit. I believe a return policy says a lot about the merchant and this one isn't good.
