First of all NEVER call this dealership and speak with Henry he will tell you that they have the car on the lot and they "other clients are looking at it now." This occurred after being put on hold for 5 minutes and then confirming more then 5 times that they have the Yukon XL Denali Ultimate on the lot. Come to find out when you get the dealership, after driving for over an hour, you hear that the car you came to see was sold TWO DAYS AGO!!!! What horrible experience! I will never be working, or speaking with him again, and he is lucky that he did not come speak to us when we arrived at the dealer ship.

My experience started off ok, but ended up being a waste of time. I was giving the run around and my needs were never met. I ended up pulling out of the deal and leaving empty handed. I was very confused and disappointed in the whole process. There has to be a better way to buy a car, that doesn't leave the customer feeling like I did.

I would not recommend for service for multiple reasons. Super overpriced on services and options. You pay an arm and a leg (expected at a dealer) and then they spring a 3% credit card fee on you. Also don't even give a complimentary car wash. Crazy. Can't recommend.

I took my 2020 Enclave into a scheduled appointment with a video of what was happening. After it was serviced, I (paid), and drove off. I went less than 10 miles and it happened again. I returned only to be told they would need my vehicle for a few days to see what was going on. Two days later I returned (paid), drove off, only for the same error to happen. I can honestly say I will NEVER use them again. I was told from the service center, Hector, that with the initial drop off they "blew that part out with forced air when they should have replaced it". The second time I dropped it off I went to pick it up only to be told I need to leave it longer so it could be driven 30 miles (they drove it 41 miles), and again the same error. Randy Marion was paid what they asked for both times. Their customer service was terrible. Even calling, you must wait and listen to the ladies giggling and talking before being acknowledged. And don't be surprised if you get "disconnected" a time or 2. . .or 3.

I bought a vehicle from this place and was helped by Steve Rodgers the salesman. This place is professional, and honestly doesn't have the bad "dealership" vibe as other dealerships. They made me feel right at home and made the purchase of my new vehicle painless and easy! If you're looking to buy new or certified used vehicle then this is the place to go! Also ask for Steve Rodgers because he is the most knowledgeable and friendly salesman to work with!!!!

I bought 2015 Lincoln Mkt from this dealership and sale guys promise to get back to me door code and missing temperature controls button but never get back to me. I called couple of times left voice message and text message as well but no respond. Since I am the cash buyer and out of state I believe they don’t give a dam about it. My message to all consumer either you cash buyer or finance check whole vehicle and if they promise anything to do get in writing verbally don’t mean anything. I don’t mind to pay out of pocket but the only reason. Other thing normally when u buy car from dealership they fill gas tank but RANDY GMC BUICK doesn’t. Poor management

I am located in Huntersville, NC. My location shows as GA for some reason. I am also only giving one star because there is nothing lower. I normally do not provide any negative reviews as everyone's experience can be subjective to their own interpretation. However, in this case, not only is the review based only on facts but I see other reviews with the same comments and the salesperson challenged me to find any negative reviews which is what lead me here.I was shopping for a vehicle with my daughter and we were prepared to make a deal and leave with the used vehicle until we were hit with the surprise added fees.FACTS:The vehicle was listed at approximately $23,495.00. During the test drive when asking about pricing, the salesperson reminded me that they are known as the King of Deals.During the purchase agreement, I was presented with paperwork that stated approximately $2,200.00 would be added to the purchase price for service work that needed done to make the vehicle sellable. I was also told the vehicle that has been on the lot for overt 120 days was already at the lowest price even though it was the salesperson who reminded me they are the king of deals. Another approximately $880.00 was added for paint and interior protection.Another $895 or $995 was added for administrative fees.I was also told that all of this is mentioned in the fine print on the website and I verified that this is true but the website does not give any explanation as to what the terms mean and what the pricing for the add-ons will be. The total charges added $4,000 to the price of the vehicle. While my opinion regarding an $895 or $995 administrative fee is high, it is what it is and would not place a review based on them charging a fee. I would review that my opinion is that its high but that seems acceptable practice in NC for vehicle sales. My opinion is that it is a terrible and unethical business practice to charge for repairs and enhancements that they did to make the vehicle sellable. If a $23,495 vehicle has $2,200.00 in service work then the price should be listed at $25,695.00.If you are not clear as to why they are doing this, it is so they can get the SEO of showing a vehicle at a cheaper price than other dealers to get you to visit them in the first place. It worked! I probably would not have gone to this place first if the price was $2,200 higher but at least I would have remained a potential customer. Now, at this point, I would never consider purchasing a vehicle from any Randy Marion dealership. Again, this is just my experience and highlighting their business practice so in addition to my review, if you are considering a vehicle from there, ask them the following questions....1. Is the price firm or are you open to negotiation?2. What are the added fees for the service work for the vehicle.3. What if I don't want $880 in paint and interior protection?4. How much is the administrative fee at time of purchase?

We went up to North Carolina for a visit and came back with a new truck! Steve Rogers helped us pick out a new vehicle. He was very helpful and made the process very smooth. My husband is so excited about the new ride.

Only giving a one star because it will not go lower. Be very careful dealing with these people. I buy 4/5 new vehicles a year at work. I went with my son to look at a used vehicle and had the worst experience in shopping in my life. First they tried to add over 4000.00 to the advertised price. Which the add did say in fine print "price + extra for fixing the car " ? Then when I called them out, they tried every high pressure tactic I have ever seen. This is the type of place that gives used car people bad names. Then he actually tried to get physical and acted like he want to fight about it.

Outstanding visit as we were researching a very hard-to-get new Canyon, but perfect choice newly available on lot - luckily, and with the help of Emanuel on sales floor, graciousness of manager Steve D., we were able to put together a lovely working package that satisfies all our needs - Blessed, indeed! Much thanks for Stephen S. in F&I, as well, as he was very patient and explanatory of all questions in financing.
