This is a good store. I find a lot of treasures here. Staff is sometimes nice and friendly. I prefer the staff at Cornelius. But I love the clothes here. I get so many new items. Parking is a little cramped, so I suggest parking by the donations door. Thank you goodwill for what you do for our community.

This goodwill keeps a good array of products and is often possible to find more upscale itemsOn the negative side, this store is the most cramped goodwill I have been in. Most aisles slow only one cart requiring one person to back up. Additionally, the donation center is in the back lot at a semi trailer, not under the pull through canopy.... Confusing and inconvenient parking as a result. This store does have a 25% senior discount on Tuesday. While a good deal for seniors, this makes it an exceptionally crowded day to shop.

small, crowded, too much construction going on but good finds saw someone had a tote container for $2 but the lid was crack open. Just like other good will but I would rather shop at the west charlotte location.

Another great visit to a Goodwill store. This was my first visit to shop at this location. I was surprised when we arrived late in the afternoon. The parking lot was full and folks were dropping off more items. Some houseware shelves were empty, but that was to be expected. I brought the grand to the shop, and she found many items. She was pretty excited. This made me happy to see her happy with her newly found items. Perhaps on our next visit, we will plan to arrive much earlier to see what's available. Like me, I hope others can visualize the items they donate to Goodwill. It helps you recognize the worth, the condition, and the purpose in filling the needs of others.

Since when is goodwill being picky with what people donate? Ok tried to donate my used old faded green couch and love seat today at the Huntersville location. They said "We can't accept that because it's to old and the color is to faded" Shame on you Huntersville goodwill, y'all aren't any better then Charlotte or any other Goodwill. So I donated my couch and love seat at another goodwill in Charlotte. They took it right in without saying a word. So I'm guessing that my couch was a fine donation. It wasn't a perfect couch but it served it's purpose. I mean I can understand if the item smelled real bad, or if the item had holes in from being worn out and old. But come on a couch that is old and faded a little. It's a donation guys. Other than that it works as a couch. It even had throw pillows that came with it.
