These people are a joke. I drove an hour to test drive a car, when i came back with the sales guy from the test drive (ready to talk about numbers) he said that the car was sold WHILE I was test driving it. Talk about greedy and not giving a damn about a customer. The manager was a complete Ahole, extremely rude to me and lying through his teeth. Save yourself your valuable time and go to Toyota in Mathews. Those people know how to treat a customer with respect and decency.

The vehicle was dropped off to look at the wheel bearings, we asked someone drive the car to listen to the loud humming from the front wheel hubs. Vehicle was never driven but they wanted to sell me tires .Will have to just have my local mechanic fix the bearings so I don’t waste more time I don’t have . Warranty may not be the best on a Mazda.

Had a great experience at Keffer Mazda. I had to get service on my Honda, and Nick and Brandon at the desk were very approachable, understanding of my concerns, and communicated efficiently. Highly recommend the two of them and Keffer's ability to work with you at the highest level.

This review is based on my communications via email with Jason Mclean. I was in the market to buy a new car and I like to do all of my communications via email. I reached out to Jason and he got back to me quickly with a solid OTD number for a new vehicle. His price was very competitive but unfortunately not the lowest I received so I went with another dealer instead. However, Jason was very responsive the whole time and was great to work with. I hope to work with him again in the future when I search for another new vehicle. Thanks Jason!!!

I have been a client for about 2 years now and since my car hasn't had real trouble I only come for the required inspections and checkups. I always forget just how slow and uncoordinated the staff is, but today was the last straw. I came in to get my tires rotated and it took them 2 hours. A 10 minute task at my scheduled appointment time taking 2 hours shows how unorganized this establishment is and after multiple instances of this occurring in the past, if you respect your time, do not come here.

James was absolutely awesome. His communication and customer service was above and beyond!! The whole staff was a pleasure to work with. I look forward to our relationship together. I love my new Mazda CX5 Carbon Edition.

So glad that I chose Keffer Mazda over Mazda of South Charlotte. Overall better customer service, more flexibility, and honesty. I was able to work with Shannon Martinez and he was responsive to questions I had and was determined to find me a good deal. Would definitely recommend Keffer Mazda to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

I purchased my vehicle in January of this year and I have to say I’ve had a great experience. Even for service months later, my salesman Roy Walker continues to follow up with me and ensure things are still going well. Their customer service is definitely high for sure. I’m very happy I went with this location to get my new car. I wouldhighly recommend them based on my experience

This was my first time at Keffer Mazda. I scheduled a service appointment, and was pleased at the cleanliness and layout of the dealership. My service advisors, Brandon R. and Jess F. were very professional and explained my service and any additional findings for my vehicle. I was impressed by the neatness and sharpness of the uniforms at Keffer, everyone looked very sharp. I liked the high-tech reporting and video review. I will be back for my next service.

I want to share one of the most fantastic experiences I had over this weekend at a car dealership.I have never done any business with Keffer Mazda, but due to an inconvenience in the Mazda dealer that I leased my vehicle from, I decided to give Keffer Mazda an opportunity.The personal communication with JR (the store managing partner) was just unbelievable, he talk to you as he knows you for ever. After conversing with JR via text, I was introduced to Min (Sales Mgr), and I feel they went beyond and above to make sure I was completely satisfy.What a pleasure to deal with such a good people.The welcoming, the honesty, the friendliness, and the service provided, (when the vehicle that I leased wasn’t even leased through them?) It was beyond satisfaction.I ended up buying out my lease thought them. And they just earned another customer for as long as I keep owning a Mazda.Thank you JR., Min., Mr. Martínez (sales person), and Jonathan Curtis (finance).Great dealer, great environment, great customer service. Overall, great people.I highly recommend it.

We love Keffer Mazda! We purchased both our vehicles from Keffer and love them! Process was straight forward both times and we were treated with respect, courtesy and efficiency! I purchased my car through Keffer. On my first routine maintenance the service advisor was knowledgeable and recommended appropriate service. Even though I booked appointment day of and they warned things were busy, they were able to get me in and out in a readable amount of time.

I’m a first time owner of a Mazda and had a wonderful experience at Keffer Mazda of Huntersville yesterday. Andrew Johnson assisted in the Finance Dept and made it quick, painless and created a very smooth process. Andrew was knowledgeable of options, warranties and rates. Super helpful and great to work with on my purchase. I am very happy with the team that assisted in selling me my new vehicle.

I purchased a pre owned Range Rover from this dealership. The car fax and auto trader lead me to find this vehicle in Huntersville North Carolina. Miles was low and the Range Rover was in excellent condition. I drove 2 hours to test drive and buy this vehicle. Once I got to dealership it was an awful experience. The sales manager was rude Robert Sajdak. I had to walk out dealership. After leaving I received several phone calls to come back so that they can make things right. I did go back the next day and of course he never came near me. Now I'm revisiting the dealership to have my RR service and I have experience another incident. They leave my sunroof open during a thunderstorm. The service manager quickly shifts the blame on me!!! I never parked the car, they did. I left the car with the dealership. All the water has been vacuumed out but my car smells and I'm having electrical issue on the dashboard.I have called and left messages about what's happening and I haven't received any response from anyone. I would not recommend anyone to go to Keffer Mazda in Huntersville NC!!!!
