Every one of the employees I’ve come across at this location has been friendly and helpful, but whoever decided that Amazon returns can be done quickly in the back of the store but anyone with an actual Kohls return has to wait in the huge line at the front of the store should be fired.

Kohl’s in Huntersville, North Carolina is a nice friendly store to shop in. The stores clean, the changing rooms are clean and tidy, no clothes lying around and checking out was very pleasant. Great place to shop!
