Walked in and wasn't greeted. Spent 30mins walking around, no store employee or Manager approached to inquire about what I was interested in. Found on my own 2 items of interest. But that sale was lost due to lack of customer service. No one in the store except for me so you definitely were not busy?Could it be you don't serve African Americans??? Seems you have a pattern of this behavior per your reviews...?

This is a non-typical lighting store. They do offer light fixtures for your home or office, but they are fixtures that you would put in your home or office, not some fancy design that probably not be hung from anyone's home or office. Staff is helpful and friendly. Getting to the store itself is via the shopping/hotel entrance.

Great lights and fans. Not good customer service. Totally ignored by people at c/s deskOnly lady at front helped when asked. Will mitre than likely go back fr 2 more fans but C/S not good at all

My husband and walked into the store to shop. It was 25 minutes to 5 pm and the man that not-so greeted us, first words were “we are closing at 5pm.” Not hello, not a, “ how can I help you?” He then walked away and went to the back never approaching us again. We have had a business for 35 years and if we ever treated our clients like this, we certainly would not be in business. LEE LIGHTING, your BIG LOSS. We are in the market to re-do our entire homes fixtures. We will surely NOT recommend your Huntersville location.

Terrible customer service! I walked into the store looking for a ceiling fan for 15 minutes, and no one greeted me or said that they would be with me in a few minutes.

Looking to buy a decorative ceiling fan. Little selection and sales person very little help with pointing us to options. We found a demo lamp we liked. We were going to buy it. They did not have the original box and wouldn't put in a box. It is a $1300 lamp with a fragile shade, you would think they would wrap it properly. We walked out without buying anything. They are little help and it is worth going somewhere else.

What shameful customer service I received today.My parents were in town Friday and we went to several lighting stores. The one light we wanted at Lee's happened to be discontinued. We were told we could get the floor model. We were tight for time, they were getting ready to close and there wasnt someone who could take it down right then anyway. We were told to just call or come back and they'd get someone to take the light down so we could pick it up. They were closed Sunday and Monday. I went to the store today (Wednesday) and the light was gone. I was told a bunch of stuff was taken down and was due to be sent to a store in Atlanta. The gentleman sensing my disappointment asked the girls at the desk if they still had it/could sell it. One girl said "Once it comes down we cant sell it" I said thank you, goodbye and turned to leave when she then said "you're a day too late". I stopped in my tracks, turned around and said "why would you say something like that?" Honestly I wamted tonsay more, but I had a child with me. But really....how rude is that to say?! And after that, do they really expect me to come back and purchase something from them? Sorry, guys there are lots of other lighting stores in the area that sell some spectacular stuff at the same price points.

I purchased 4 lights (about $1000) on Saturday Jan 29th and before doing so I was guaranteed they were in stock (I asked when talking to salesperson). After paying I asked where they were and was told they don't actually have them in the store, they are in the warehouse, but would be available on Tuesday Feb 1st (might have been my mistake in thinking I could actually take a light fixture home with me).I waited until Tuesday afternoon for an update, but none received, so I called for an update (they must have been too busy to call like they said they would) and found out the lights would be getting to the warehouse on Friday Feb 4th for pickup on Tuesday Feb 8th. Tuesday rolls around and I had to call on the 8th for an update only to be told the lights would be in the warehouse on Friday Feb 11th and could pick them up on Tuesday Feb 15th (pattern here). I questioned the person on the phone for a real date and they said they would contact the manufacturer and let me know the next morning.I received an update today (they actually called) that the lights are back ordered until mid March. I asked why they kept giving false dates for arrivals, but never got an answer. When I asked why they told me they were in stock when purchasing, no answer to that question either.I finally requested a refund and was promptly asked for my email address so they could send the confirmation to it. No apology for any inconvenience or that they made a mistake stating availability. Almost like "go away, I have better things to do".Needless to say, I won't be shopping for lighting with this company again.
