I would never recommend for a large project again. At the end of July/ beginning of February 2023, we purchased 10+ windows (about $12,500) worth. They were installed in October. Upon arrival with the installation team (which is outsourced), they let me know that my order was incorrect and that when they picked them up from Lowe’s I had a grid missing on one of my main windows. They said as soon as Lowe’s gets this in, they will get this taken care of. I had zero issues with the installation people, they are lovely. But Lowes has sincerely DROPPED THE BALL. I have communicated with a ton of customer service reps online going back and forth, have shown up to the store multiple times, reached out to the original team that did my in home quote. I also have 3 minor holes in the screens that I have sent pictures of, sent warranty numbers, etc. I am honestly embarrassed for them with their terrible customer service follow up. And I want to say, no one has been mean- it’s just they have dropped the ball. We are in February and I am no better off than October with no solution. I will never ever use for a big project again. I still have no grid and no direction. Please respond with direction and insight to fix this problem. I have communicated with multiple customer service reps.

The staff was very helpful and the products were easily accessible. Self checkout is available and it’s an easy in and out when shopping.

Don't ever rent a truck from these guys. The tailgate on the truck bed failed and fell open while I was driving down the highway, and $200 of materials fell out of it. They refused to refund me because I didn't stop in the middle of I-77 to reload the materials.Go to the home Depot across the street, they don't sell their customers faulty products and waste your money.

We purchased a brand new, LG top-of-the-line washer and dryer set last October. We have had an error message consistently that we now know is due to a restriction in the vent. Since Lowe’s delivered and installed both appliances, we went to the store and asked if they could get someone out to reset the hose as it was clearly kinked and even torn. I am not sure why, or how they thought that it was OK to leave it like that. That was weeks ago and we have gotten zero response. I presume that Lowe’s is willing to accept full responsibility if the motor burns out or even worse, it catches fire. I would not recommend having a Lowe’s employee install a lightbulb let alone an appliance.
