I tried returning a few items that had passed the 30 day mark but still showed available on their website with the same exact SKU. The employee who helped me (helped is a very loose term here) essentially said no because it was past season although it said they still sold the item at full price. I then asked to get a manager to help and boy was this a huge mistake. She (blonde heavier set lady) gave me a sticky note with the online team’s phone number and went to the back of the store and started laughing and making fun of me to other employees. I only know this because my husband was in the back of the store getting his pants hemmed and overheard her. The customer service at this location is absolute garbage, hire better people who care about servicing their customers not people who laugh behind their back. Also, I was able to make the return without a problem when I called, they are just not willing to help whatsoever at this location. Although, I live down the street, I will happily drive to the Southpark location in order to avoid going to the birkdale one and having a HORRID customer service experience. Take my advice and spend your money at a different location.

This store is so much better than the last one space wise. I love everything about this place including the staff who are always super helpful. The company itself needs to do better at restocking items though super annoying they are always out of basics

Lauren was very sweet and super helpful. Offered to look in the back for things without me asking, smiley, a fantastic employee! The store was also organized and clean.

Matt was super helpful and kind! He searched the whole store and found the last jacket they had in the back room. Also gave a great recommendation for a sweater.

New store is beautiful and huge but the customer service is trash. The employees are rude and nasty. When paying a premium, customer service should be better than it is. After shopping at Lulu over a decade, this is by far their worst store service wise.

Manager of store had personality of a dirty sock. Unbelievable, the price of you guys merchandise and you get treated that way when you go into the store. As much as you guys charge you think you can Got a decent manager at the store. My wife spent thousands of dollars In the store she said she'll never go back

so we pitched in money so my friend could buy some girls clothes, he is transgender. they were very rude to him and everytime he went to try on clothes they would snatch the clo out of his hands and tell her that they would call the cops if she tried it again he ended up crying because all we tried to do was help boost his confidence and help him feel more comfortable. i would not recommend going to this store.

Gave a 2 star because on previous visits the majority of the staff have been friendly. Last visit was a one star. My daughter went to spend some Christmas money here on a shirt. The tag, as pictured, said it was $68. It rang up as $78. When we questioned the price and showed them the tag, they said "oh well, it is corporate's mistake" and wouldn't honor the price on the Tag! Luckily their costumer service online is much better than this store. They sent a giftcard for the difference.
