My experience in leasing a 2024 HR-V with Kasey's expert assistance was better than I could have imagined.If you wish to find a sales professional who will listen to your needs and concerns and match you with the perfect fit, call Hall Honda Sales and directly ask for him! When my husband and I first met Kasey, it was at closing time, due to an unforeseen delay. Kasey did not let time prevent him from being fully present for us and helping during great difficulty after my husband's car got totaled. I had driven Hondas over 30 years. Still, I was on the fence about what to search for in a new car. Kasey patiently helped me find the car I wanted most - and it was already on his lot (with a mere 6 miles on the odometer). Since that day in June, we have been ecstatic over this car, and thank God everyday for sending Kasey to us.

I have a deep fondness for this establishment, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone and everyone. I've entrusted two of my vehicles to their services, and it's become my go-to place for all my automotive needs. While all the sales representatives are exceptional, I had the pleasure of dealing with Adrian H. on both occasions. Even the service team is exceptionally welcoming and friendly. Their approach is refreshingly personal, and their trustworthiness is undeniable. Unlike many other service centers that often suggest unnecessary repairs for financial gain, this team genuinely cares about your vehicle's well-being, and their recommendations are always driven by a sincere concern, not profit.

I am always smiling when I leave Hall Honda, Huntersville. From the manager to the sales consultant, their combined goal is to offer me the best deal and service possible so I drive off the lot happy. Just leased my 4th CR-V from Hall. I wouldn't even entertain the thought of going to another Honda dealer!

We reported the concern (issue) to general manager Eddie Dean via his survey email after my wife purchased a new pilot. GM Eddie was awesome, and the concern (issue) has been solved quickly. Eddie' s efficiency and caring approaching made the after-sales process move forward. We are so impressed and happy with Hall Honda's management team. Abeba and Ron delivered good customer service, They helped us get permanent license plate before temporary one expires and floor mats

We booked an appointment on Sunday, 10/01, to test drive a CRV hybrid. Had a terrible experience. The salesperson, Wallah, didn't even seem interested in talking to us when we got there. He had some game running in the background on his computer while we were asking him questions. After we got to the car, he didn't care to go over anything about the car. He just got us seated in the car, and asked to start driving. We had to figure out almost everything by ourselves. He was looking at something on his phone during the entire test drive. No directions, nothing. He was also speaking to someone at some point about the game. At each intersection we had to ask him where to go. We had some questions about the features of the car while driving, and he did not care much to help. That was not a pleasant experience test driving a new vehicle. He didn't even realize that we were reaching back the dealership until we asked him if we should go in and park. Finally took his eyes off the phone when we parked the car back. He just asked if he wanted to look at some numbers, and we just told no and walked away.The car was nice though. We'll just find another dealership to buy the car.

I've done business in the past 7 years at Hall Honda but today is my last visit ever with and I strongly do not suggest anyone having business with them. I needed the needle in the valve stem replaced only and service advisor told me that they would have to replace the whole valve sensor and it would cost me better than $200, I kindly told them to stick up their ass. I can go to Advanced Auto and buy a pack of needles and accessories for less than $5 and replace it myself. Hall Honda is by far the worst Honda dealership in the Carolina's. If you want your Honda serviced then take it to Rick Hendrick Honda for best prices and on the spot staff for all your needs! The service advisors at Hall Honda, 4 out of 6 stood around printer and ignored any customers that walked in, again, the worst Dealership

Giving 2 stars because the man who helped us with a test drive was wonderful! (He was the only one)We scheduled an appointment to look at a vehicle. When we showed up, it was sold & no one had even bothered to call us. They appraised my vehicle for a potential trade in & when my husband tried to negotiate with a sales manager (I presume, he didn't even actually speak to us) he just scoffed and shook his head no, without even taking his eyes off of his college football game. We immediately went to Honda of Concord- had an AMAZING experience & saved $4,000 on the same exact vehicle/trade in.

Go somewhere else. When a dealer goes 40% under valued on a trade it means that they are broke. There are too many other legitimate Honda dealers around to waste time here.

Great experience at Hall Honda Huntersville. Travis Williams helped me with the purchase of my new vehicle. He was very professional about his approach with me. He was honest and up front about everything. It was no pressure toward me about getting a car the same day. I told him I needed time to process the information he gave me and I would reach back out to him. I did and I’m glad I did. I got a Honda Civic Sport 2023 Black on Black.
