I’ve been at CVS my entire life but their hold times and customer service have just taken a turn for the worst. I find myself avoiding calling because it’s just such a hassle. I swapped everything over and a medication it’s taken me over two weeks to get filled at CVS, was filled in under an hour here.

This store has fake prices.One likewise listed for 59 cent but rings up as 79 cent.Most of their items are listed for one price but is priced higher when you pay for it.Seafood and sandwich deli aren't ready to take orders when store opens up.Store is very overpriced.

I recently had abdominal surgery to remove Fibroids. I live alone and still need to prepare dinner. I wanted to make some Curry Chicken using leg quarts but I am unable to cut my chicken up the way I am use to. Because I went to Tractor Supply Co in Denver NC to pick up my pups dog food I felt I could get 2 task done on that side of town.I stopped by the Harris Teeter at 149 Cross Center Rd. I approached the young man in the meat section and explain my situation and asked if he could cut the chicken up for me as a courtesy. He went on to tell me that he only has regular knives like I do at home and not a meat cutting machine. Tell me which grocery store, especially one with a meat section, that does not have the equipment to cut meat and he would have to use the same knives I use at home. it's as if he felt I was an idiot. I don't pull the race card but I did feel that if I was blond hair blue eyes he would find that machine. I then drove across town to Public's off of Giles's Rd Huntersville, did the same thing and the young man said he'd ask. the mean manager came out and took my chicken himself. Cut it up in minutes and handed it back to me with a smile. Harris was my go to but I'm definitely changing that to Public's now. Thank you Publix for being so compassionate and empathetic.

All sorts of competition here, there is a Harris Teeter a hundred yards away and Lowes Foods across the street. That's probably why my shop today was extra nice on top of the usual positive experience at Publix.Deli, bakery, frozen, seafood. All well stocked and tidy. The store is clean and well lit. The young lady who rang up and bagged my purchase was pleasant and efficient.[Review 19518 overall - 3413 in North Carolina - 488 of 2023.]

Love the bakery but we ordered an all sprinkle cake. Not at all what they delivered. They did not offer to give us a new cake with what we ordered.

I’m calling coporate to update them on Sophia the pharm tech in the back. She doesn’t assist black customers. She only assist white Caucasians and other races. With my baby she didn’t assist. She allowed Beth to help me she never asked if she can help.Today she was very rude on the phone at 9 am. Beth is just as rude as she is she plays nice. She is disrespectful as well. I woke to the store manager Carlos. He tells me it doesn’t look like you just had a baby? Should I walk in with a bonnet and headscarf ? Look how I feel or should I actually put on my best clothing so I don’t look how I feel. This place is ridiculous! Beth hung up on me after I told her Sophia was rude. These two are a piece of work ! I’ll never shop here again.

Gabby the technician is absolutely rude and completely unprofessional and less than helpful. I asked for a prescription to be transferred over a month ago. I was told it would take 4 days to transfer the medication because they did not have time. Fast forward A month later when I went to refill the prescription I was told it couldn’t be transferred. The tech that I originally spoke with was Gabby and When I tried calling to refill the medication Gabby kept cutting me off. I was trying to go over with the tech Gabby what was said a month ago. she kept cutting me off, started yelling at me and wouldn’t let me explain what I was told by their staff and hung up on me. When I called back and tried to ask for the pharmacist she yelled at me stating I hung up on her which isn’t accurate at all. For someone who is working in healthcare she may need to find a new job. The way she treated me was disrespectful and rude and out of line. I myself work in healthcare and I couldn’t imagine talking to a patient the way she did. She has no idea what is going on in peoples lives. To yell at them, cut them off, be extremely rude and disrespectful and hang up on them. This is the first bad experience I’ve had with this pharmacy. Usually the pharmacist and everyone else are very kind compassionate and helpful, I’m not sure what happened here but It’s enough to make me not go back.

I shop here every week. Customer service is exceptional and if I have a problem there is always someone to help. The store is very clean and the employees are great. I buy their price and it is always fresh. The meat section has a lot to choose from and is always good. I will continue to shop here

Pub Subs have always been superior... however I have now had a sub from this Publix twice and I'm incredibly disappointed. The first time I just figured it was a fluke. Ordered ahead on the app and when we arrived for pickup... not being made yet. 40 min later and still not being made.. what??Then they gave me provolone instead of American, and I cannot stand provolone cheese. So that was a waste. And I also asked for deli sauce and it was drier than the Sahara. I was so upset, but ate something else at home and moved on. Now we move to today. Ordered at exactly at 5:49 for a 6:30 pickup. Arrived a second or two after 6:30... No sandwiches. Go up to the counter and they just started. I don't say anything and wait patiently. This time I am going to make sure my sandwich is right. I check my sandwich before we leave and there's a slight drizzle of deli sauce. On 1/4 of the bread. My husband goes back in to ask for more and the guy says to him, "well are you sure that you have the right sandwich?" UHM WHAT? You just saw me stand here for 15 minutes staring at you as y'all made our sandwiches. My best friend is the deli manager at the Publix in Tampa and we are both peeved!!! This is not how Publix is... is it because NC is too north and doesn't have that southern charm?

Publix has the best looking pastries. My friends and I were scoping the pastries out and it took us some time to decide because everything looked delicious. I played it safe a got one cupcake instead of the 6 pack. It was a strawberry shortcake cupcake with a fresh strawberry on top. Moving on to the produce. The selection was on point. We got a bunch of precut fruits (strawberries, watermelon, pineapple and blueberries). Even the bananas looked great lol not a bruised one in the bunch. Everyone was so helpful and the store was pretty clean. Publix never disappoints.

This Publix is close to the house, so I always go here to shop. Whenever I go to this Publix, I never have an issue finding anything. They always have what I need in stock and available. The store is always well stocked and the staff is always friendly and helpful. There is always someone asking if you need help and it will help you find the item you need. There is plenty of parking available in the shopping center, so that is never an issue. There are also other eateries and stores in the same plaza, so it is really a one stop shop.

Beth who works here is so incredibly sweet. She is always smiling and happy to answer any questions you have no matter how silly they are. She also always searches for the best price for you if you are uninsured. I drive the extra 10 minutes because of her amazing customer service!
