The staff was incredible to work with. They were so accommodating, understanding and gracious on the two occasions we have chosen them for services for our loved ones. I have highly recommended them to others, who were equally as pleased with how easy they made this aspect of a difficult time.

I've had two experiences with Raymer-Kepner in the last few years. Both times the staff handled the arrangements for my mom and aunt after they passed away. The staff is professional, efficient and caring. I highly recommend Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home & Cremation Services.

Our family was extremely pleased wuth the level of attention and service Raymond Kepner provided during our mothers funeraL Feom the moment we notified them of her passing. they took control of every element of the funeral service allowing us to grieve without the stress of planning her service. They walked us through all of the necessary logistics and Interacted directly with the pastoral,, music and catering staff. They are very knowledgeable of all of the
state laws and regulations, and answered all of our questions to our complete satisfaction. They showed our family and friends, compassion and patience that made the service comforting. They also contacted us afterwards to see if there was any other support they could provide. I would highly recommend them when faced with the unfortunate position that you need funeral services

Losing our mother was devastating. Preparing for her funeral arrangements was something we were not looking forward to it. This could have taken an additional toll on the roller-coaster of emotions we were experiencing. Finding a funeral home like Raymer Kepner was a blessing. They have a group of people that are personable and thorough with all the administrative tasks, and they explained to us the entire process with profesionalism, yet with empathy. We were fortunate to entrust them with the care of our most precious one. Even after a month of our mom's departure, they have checked on us, offered support, and continue to share messages of encouragement. This is a family business, and their core values shine through the way they welcome and serve customers. Thank you for everything. Your support meant a lot to our family!

My mom and i couldn’t have asked for a better experience on the worst day of our lives. The entire staff went above and beyond for us. They gave us all the time we needed to make arrangements for my father’s funeral And helped us in more ways then i could express. Every question and concern we had was answered with no judgement. The funeral was beautiful and the slide show they made for the viewing of our pictures is something i will treasure forever. The Kepner’s and staff are so caring and helpful, they went above and beyond for us and we’re so greatful. They’re true angels on earth

During this very difficult time, Raymer-Kepner was extremely caring and helped guide me through everything that needed to be done. They allowed me to take all the time I needed and did not rush me in anyway. I couldn’t have ask for a kinder group of people and Ron was exceptional in every way, showing how much compassion he has for people during such a difficult moment in their lives. They even checked back with me to see how I was doing and made sure I didn’t need anything else. In a time where good customer service is hard to come by, Raymer-Kepner’s service is remarkable.

Raymer-Kepner made the entire process for my Mother’s funeral so much easier. It was a difficult time for me. Erin provided a checklist and made recommendations to assist in planning. Her team had everything covered including coordinating with the National Cemetery for Veterans for the burial, and even provided catering options for the meal after the service. Ron made sure the service ran smoothly. Johnathan and Ricky were on site at the VA cemetery. They were all extremely professional, courteous and understanding.

I had a tremendous experience with Raymer Kepner. They provided so much of what my family and I needed in the weeks following my dad's passing. They blew us away with their thoughtfulness and attention to detail. I seriously couldn't imagine a better group of people to work with in difficult times.

I attended a service recently and shocked to see the FAMILY having to setup tables for the guest book and for additional flowers people brought during visitation. In addition, not a single funeral director was seen throughout the entire visitation. I would have expected better for the family.

We dealt with staff that worked limited hours so there were a few communication issues. Overall, everyone was helpful and respectful in putting together a cremation and military funeral service that took place 800 miles away.
